Such is not the case for Crossroads Courier. With 1 singular central call center (that doubles as its HQ and Driver Hub) Crossroads is so busy handling thousands of calls, orders, drivers, clients at once that they don't have any time for an actual process. They get a group of new hires and put them on road same day, before they run MVR reports, if something comes back on them, they'll pull the driver, which is how a good company covers themselves. But with little to no real customer service options, bad routing of calls, excessively long wait times in between communications with their drivers (which causes orders to be delivered late routinely) it seems that Crossroads Courier has too much business, with too little staff to actually be a cohesive unit. Poor Customer Service and even worst Communication.

I had been expecting two packages, so this morning I went online to see where the other one was. To my dismay It showed that the other package was delivered at the same time. It was NOT! I will be contacting the company I placed the order with to let them know I will no longer do business with them as long as they use Haultail.
