Went to station and they insisted on seeing my bank transactions. Couldn't get online there due to poor internet. Called bank and had they review recent transactions. The $20 was taken off and the $15.02 was there but this took over 45 minutes. They just do not care about customer service. Never going there again. A warning to all keep all receipts they give you as you might need proof of there shady methods.

It was parked out of the way, alone, and not obstructing anything or anyone. They assured me it was ok to leave my car here while I was away so that it would be here when I returned. HA! Of course they never provided any written statement just verbal assurance. The assholes had it towed on June 1st. Today is June 11th. I was not notified. I only found out as I was parking my truck after being gone and saw the space it was parked in was occupied by another vehicle. I wish there was another place for me to park my vehicle tonight, I really do. But, because of DOT regs I cant travel anymore tonight. You pieces of shit thought it was necessary to tow my vehicle after I give you a per-day rate to park my Kenworth for the days I am home.
