Upon entering small bath to be painted I gave them 2 cans of paint: one for walls and second for door frame and I showed them what needed painting: walls, door frame. Dennis agreed and In bid I stated 'no doors, ceiling or baseboards needs painting'. After 2.5 hours ( they did a great job on walls- were clean and left no mess) but the door frame was not painted. When I asked Dennis about it he said in the bid I put 'no baseboards'. We went back and forth and he agreed to return to paint door frame for another $150! I declined. My suggestion would be to get a contract clear and concise in writing from these guys! I learned afterwards, they are employees of Tahoe Paint, but the owner allowed employees to take side jobs on the holiday utilizing the company equipment. This explains too why they only accepted cash.

I received the estimate and Jorge and his crew began the work that same weekend. The team all took safety precautions and wore masks while in the home, even offered to remove their shoes as we have carpeted floors. The project took about 4 days total.
