I had a company come out and remove the damaged drywall and inspect if there were any further damages. I was also given a referral to a different company to complete the drywall repair along with the texturing. That company came out and gave me an estimate which seemed extremely high for a small area of work that needed to be fixed. The area that was damaged was one whole side of a wall along with less than half of the ceiling. I wanted a second option so I reached out to CR Drywall. Samuel, the owner answered immediately and came out the very next day to provide an estimate which was HALF the cost of the estimate provided by the other company. He and his son had the job done within a week. Samuel and his son are very polite and professional. They showed up on time, are great with communication and did a fantastic job with my drywall repair and texturing. When I asked Dennis about it he said in the bid I put 'no baseboards'. We went back and forth and he agreed to return to paint door frame for another $150! I declined. My suggestion would be to get a contract clear and concise in writing from these guys! I learned afterwards, they are employees of Tahoe Paint, but the owner allowed employees to take side jobs on the holiday utilizing the company equipment.
