My stylists were wondering if we even had a cleaner. She wasn't using the pine sol we provided for her which prompted me to watch the cameras to see if she was even cleaning. She didn't even mop the floors with a wet mop, she was just spraying some disinfectant and then going over it with the dry mop. She did not clean the whole salon, only an area of the salon. And then she billed us for the whole service. We had so many complaints from clients and my stylists that the salon was dirty. If I had not watched the cameras I would have paid her for nothing. And who knows how long that was going on, because I trusted that she was doing her job and didn't think I had to watch her. She's not trustworthy and will cut corners and still expect you to pay for the full service.
