Ultimately, the company we contacted came out, located the blockage and charged us $375. This Roto-Rooter is either entirely incompetent or a scam. There was both a technician and a supervisor (was called to assist the tech) involved. Pat, from the company, responded to my review on another site. I emailed her directly and crickets. The person I left the voicemail for a week ago (corporate office phone), also crickets. Next review I will post on BBB.

The standard sump replacement was done by Marco on Tuesday this week. The sewage sump replacement was done by Marco and Aaron today (Friday). These are two of the best workers I've seen with Roto-Rooter so far. They were friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional, They worked quickly and efficiently. Both jobs were done in minimum time. Did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. A quality install in both cases. Highly recommended.
