Recently they sent out a technician and my husband showed him the existing that anyone can see with the naked eye, he took photos and videos, stepped outside "to get a signal" and then he was gone. All communications from them stopped when I showed them proof of the job not done - proof from an independent mold inspection I paid for which confirmed existing mold and work not done. I'm not only very disappointed, but am very concerned about the health and safety of me and my children who have now all been living with unsafe levels of mold in the home, which they refused to properly treat. Do not recommend. Please save yourself the time, money and your health and do not hire this company. *UPDATE* After Flor's reply to my review posted on here, I reached out directly to her on our 23 polite email chain with me, my husband and my realtor, and have heard no response. We have attempted many times to work directly with you all since the middle of July to have the mold removed from this house and we have yet to see any follow through or accountability. I have provided images of what currently still exists in our home, that my husband showed the last technician to come and also took video and photos, yet the response we received was there was no mold present.

I was not pleased with the service I received. I had both my couch and carpet cleaned. While I was…read moresatisfied with the couch, I was not satisfied with the results of the rug cleaning. At first glance, the rug appeared to look better, but when I looked more closely, it did not look fresh or thoroughly cleaned. The edges of the carpet in particular, still looked dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. I contacted the company and sent photos showing the areas I was not satisfied with. However, the representative responded by sending photos taken in direct sunlight and stated that the carpet looked fine. Those photos do not reflect what I am seeing in person. I also found it concerning that after cleaning the carpet, the technician placed the couch back on top of the rug, even though he said it would take time for the carpet to dry. It doesn't make sense to place furniture back onto a freshly cleaned and still-wet carpet. This made me question whether the work was done properly. Because of these issues, I remain dissatisfied with the rug cleaning service and would appreciate a proper resolution.

Did a not so "professional" job as their company name attempts to allude to, especially for what they are charging. Following the technicians' return to re-clean the couches, cushions, and dining chairs, I remain extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. Their cleaning technique was unstructured, and the application of the cleaning solution was inconsistent, leading to uneven results. We waited for the furniture to dry before fully assess the outcome, but work remains horrible. The couches appear to be water damaged and the fabric seems to be destroyed by the solutions. In addition to my previous concerns, I want to reiterate the following serious issues: * Harsh Cleaning Brush: The brush used for stain removal was far too abrasive, stripping fibers from the fabric and causing damage to expensive furniture. I had to intervene and remove some stains myself to prevent further harm. * Dirty Equipment: The pressure washer hose was visibly dirty and was repeatedly dragged across freshly cleaned furniture, reintroducing dirt onto the fabric. * Lack of Precautions: No plastic floor coverings were used to protect surrounding areas, resulting in cleaning spray splattering onto floors, walls, and nearby furniture. * Disruption to My Household: Young children had just returned home from school and had to be moved out of the family room so your technicians could re-do a job that should have been done correctly the first time. This caused unnecessary inconvenience for my family. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward process took the majority of the day, and I am left with concerns about the condition of the furniture. We would like a full refund of the services so that we can hire professionals to do a better job. I fully intend to document and share my experience, along with photos, in public reviews to ensure others are aware of the issues I encountered. I expect an immediate response outlining how you plan to resolve this situation. GO LOOK AT MY GOOGLE REVIEW FOR PICTURES

Racket! Don't do it!!…read more I bought a townhouse that was a rental for some years so wanted the vents cleaned. I was a bit skeptical when the guy hooked up a big blue blower to one vent and said it'll clean all of the vents. He then vacuumed a couple of the air returns but really didn't go too deep. I paid the $900 but then he sticks some wand in the AC and tells me it needs to be sanitized and he can do it for another $800. I'm done at this point and politely declined. I went back and looked at the dryer and air vents. Attached are a few of the AFTER pics.
