I was able to get an appointment the next business day. Travis was able to troubleshoot and repair (replace) the offending exterior GFI plug which solved the problem with the second plug. He also tightened another exterior GFI that was loose to the wall (stripped screws) and then removed an old round fluorescent light fixture and replaced with an LED fixture I had already purchased.
