I brought the jeans back and after giving the owners son my phone number 4 times he finally found the transaction. He then tells me that since it was so long he has to charge me again! I never wore the jeans and their tag was still on the belt loop. When i told him that's not right he shows me a tag that says crease, and says it should have been tagged. He was the one that didn't tag it in the first place! I told him i would never come back and he just blew me off. I used this location to have a bridesmaid dress altered. They had 1 month to get it done. I went…read moreto pick the dress up 2 days before the wedding. I paid for it before I looked at it, which was a mistake. The owner, who is also the seamstress, took the zipper out to pull the dress in, but she put it back it too low or something. There was about a half inch left open at the top with no hooks or anything. Also the zipper was left unfinished and it was sewn in crooked and had lots of pulled threads. There were also grease stains all over the back of the dress and it wasn't steamed or anything. The bride who was with me asked the woman working (the owner was out) to at least get the stains out, and she said she didn't know how to work any of the equipment. We asked for a refund, but she said she couldn't do that without the owner's permission and she refused to call her. Luckily, a friend's mom who used to work as a seamstress was able to get the stains out and at least put a hook in. She pointed out several more mistakes in the dress and fixed it as best she could - but the zipper was shredded, so she had to sew hooks in and leave it as an "s" shape. My friend's mom was also able to get my money back for me after she called the shop and pointed out all of the horrible mistakes. The owner was not happy about that, obviously. Moral of the story - don't bring a bridesmaid dress somewhere you aren't familiar with and look elsewhere for any other alteration services.

Having a different area code than what she was used to was a big ordeal for her. Came back to pick up items, only to wait a few minutes again (I'm still the only customer there). Had to pay BEFORE seeing my clothes. Never had to do that before, & got uncomfortable (what if I found a problem with their service harming my blouses & crediting back money to my card, etc.). I expressed my concerns, but got no response. Took an inordinate amount of time retrieving the blouses on purpose. When finally receiving my belongings, I thoroughly checked them to make sure they were ok & RAN OUT.
