Quite frankly, I wouldn't send my dog to this facility. Never in my life have I encountered such…read moreignorant, ghetto, uncouth, uneducated staff members mainly receptionists in my entire life. Georgia is plagued with these types. As for taking care of patients, the purple team or mental health doctors are the slowest responding, dismissive doctors about looking into or ordering tests after obvious signs of illness us present. I know because I've been dealing with the doctors, multiple doctors for years for a Veteran under my care. I'm watching this Vet deteriorate mentally. He presents with signs of dementia yet it has taken 1.5+ years to get a GD brain scan, and more years than that to order blood work to see if there is any evidence of plaque (p-Tau) none ordered to date!. I had to finally get that test for this veteran outside this facility, to no surprise, it was positive. My suggestion, get outside consultation and medical care because this place is nothing more than a death waiting list station!!!

I went to Emory 2 times for severe abdominal pain. They did a few tests and then told me I had…read moreabdominal pain due to smoking marijuana. I quit, the pain continued. I returned for help. They sent an order for a $7,000.00 out of pocket test to placate me with these instructions to the doctor doing the tests: She wants this so that she can continue to smoke Marijuana. They also diagnosed me with a heart arrythmia which is keeping me from getting any other help without paying for a cardiologist. In the hospital they also let me routinely lay around for hours SCREAMING in pain. I ended up in serious pain again this past April and went to Kennestone Hospital and they NEVER once accused me of drug seeking, actually ran some tests, actually conferred with one another and found the real cause. I am now thriving. UNLESS YOU ARE FORCED INTO EMORY HOSPITALS GASTROENTEROLOGY FOLKS YOU ARE BETTER TO AVOID THEM. They WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! They'll accuse and accuse and if they read a recent article that said smelling bread will cause pain then they'll tell you that is what it is. They do not seem well trained at all.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They had us waiting in the waiting…read moreroom. No problems we wait for an hour get called back for triage all good. Then they stick you in a tiny room like cattle with TONS of other sick people who are literally throwing up next to you with not enough seats for everyone. You wait in a room to get an IV then get put back in said room to wait for another 3-4 of hours. Oh and that IV that they give you is just in your arm not helping at all not attached to anything. If you aren't dehydrated when you come in you sure as heck will be by the time you get seen. It isn't a concern for them you will not be offered even water after waiting for 4 hours and still not being helped. I wouldn't send a dying wild animal here much less any of my loved one. If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Contacted the appointment # 404-365-0966 as I'm feeling pretty miserable today with flu/covid type of symptoms. My appt was with my Dermatologist and set for 2 pm. I called at 8 am. I explained that I would rather not come to the appt due to getting others sick & could I reschedule. She explained I would be charged the cancellation fee of $25 for the late notice. I asked her if they prefer that I spread germs to innocent bystanders? Even if I were to wear a mask and disinfect my hands, we all know these viruses, Covid, Flu, etc. can easily spread like wildfire. A bit concerning... I think of the people (senior citizens, children, people that are already terminally ill, etc. being there) and me bringing in germs. Yes, I know it's common we pass germs in hospitals, etc. but if we could take into consideration of others, maybe we wouldn't spread it so quickly & effect others, just saying. She never answered the question by the way. Basically they want that $75 copay & do not care that I'm spreading germs or that I feel miserable right now. They're going to make money either way, whether it's my measly $25 cancellation fee or the $75 copay. Very disappointing KP and I didn't realize you were so greedy. Your marketing dept likes to elude that you actually care... Actions speak louder than words right? I care so I'll pay your little $25 cancellation fee to help others out. Shame on you & your unsympathetic policies.
