At the end of the day this is supposed to be a PSYCHIATRIST PRACTICE who should make sure their patients are well cared for and receiving the very best medical help & proper medication to help them function. It has been months where this doctor has cancelled multiple "Virtual Appointments" and still has not rescheduled. Leaving me without a medication I've been on for years and obviously need! I should honestly come after this practice legally. I'm convinced the positive reviews are fake. BEWARE of Dr. Aguilera and find a doctor who actually cares about your MENTAL HEALTH.

I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. It's the same energy as before as if I'm family, everyone remembers me, especially Dr Chin. 10/10 I recommend them to anyone.

This would make our third attempt in searching for our family doctor after our doctor passed away…read moredue to COVID. So far the search has not been very pleasant. But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

Over the years my depressions have been managed with therapy sessions and anti-depressants. I am now 87. When I started at the center about a year ago, I was crying all day, every day without a clue as to why. Everyone there was kind and patient with me. After two treatments, the crying stopped. I don't really know how or why and I don't care. Since then, I have had monthly treatments, and my mood has been stable longer than any time I can remember in my life. The entire staff there is wonderful and understanding. I thank them sincerely.

When I had concerns, like when my medication was denied coverage from my insurance carrier. I would reach out to this Doctor. She never returned calls or even fixed the medication issue. So I was forced to come off of a medication suddenly leading to extreme mental and physical distress. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

Beware!! Petty drug peddler leave you high and dry!…read more They had me on Adderall for ADHD but it felt horrible because it's meth so I stopped taking it almost 2 years ago I needed a letter for the court, confirming my diagnosis, and that I am not medicated and they refused to do it because I had not refilled my prescription Or had a visit within the last 12 months (the last one was on February 28 of last year) Yea, I'm not kidding. Their excuse was that after a year it wouldn't be appropriate. As if I found the cure to a mental disability in secret. Not once did they offer to speak or perform a new consultation because I refused to take meds after. In the last hour I found a Dr who can give the letter after proper diagnosis and my lawyer is already organizing the case for a medical review panel so we can get a signature on an affidavit to give them before we can legally begin the malpractice/medical negligence suit.

Ridiculous experience. I've been trying for months to get prescribed a specific medication that I…read morehad already discussed with the provider. At my first visit, I was told we'd likely be able to move forward by the second appointment. Instead, the process felt unnecessarily dragged out, because I am already full aware of what I have and what I need. By the second visit, I was told it might take "a few more visits," which was both frustrating and vague. He also suggested a bigger "evaluation" which is completely not necessary because again, I already know what's going on from previous life history. There were also serious billing issues. I was clearly told there was a flat fee per visit without insurance and that I needed to pay a set amount upfront for each appointment, which I did. At no point during those visits did they have my insurance information or did I agree to any different than the amount they specified. The only reason they have it now is because my partner later called to schedule a new appointment and provided that information. After the fact, they billed my insurance for those past visits--without my knowledge or consent--and then sent me an additional bill for $50 per visit, totaling $100. I never agreed to have those visits billed through insurance, and it's not fair to retroactively change how those appointments were handled and then charge me more. Communication was also extremely poor. We contacted the office multiple times by phone and text with no response--no returned calls, no replies, and no follow-up about scheduling another appointment. When I finally called again to clarify both the charges and schedule my next appointment (after waiting 2-3 months), the staff said they didn't know what I was referring to. I requested a refund for the unexpected charges, but it was denied. After months of waiting, I still don't have the medication I originally sought, despite clearly communicating my needs from the beginning. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, misleading, and dismissive of patient concerns. Not a good way to build trust or retain patients.
