She is very personable and I like her style of communication. *Wait Times are a mixed bag. If you cannot wait in the office please let the office know that you are on a tight schedule and to pick a slot that doesn't get too backed up. I've experienced both on time appointments and appointments an hour late. If you are sick and need an appointment right away I have found that she tries to squeeze you in. In some cases this is great if you're sick, but can adversely affect the current appointments for that day For me, it's more important to find a doctor who will prescribe needed orders and medications than wait times. So I've just managed expectations on that front. I understand some others may feel different.

She didn't respond to texts from the office manager, who said she had been talking about stepping away from the practice. What kind of doctor just doesn't show up to work when you have appointments scheduled and doesn't communicate to patients that you won't be in the office? Completely wasted my time and had to call another doctor to send lab orders in. Have already found a new primary care doctor and scheduled my annual.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Dr. Daniela Botoman and feel it's important to share…read morethis for other families. From the very beginning, her bedside manner was extremely poor. She repeatedly did not listen when my mother tried to explain her symptoms or concerns. During today's visit, my mother was abruptly told to stop speaking, which I found incredibly disrespectful and upsetting. When I expressed serious concerns about my mother falling frequently, the response I received was dismissive--simply saying that my mother "needs to be more careful." No compassion, no curiosity, and no effort to understand what might be causing these falls. What was most disturbing was hearing my mother told, in front of her, that everything happening to her is "because she's old" and that I "need to face it." This was said without empathy, without medical explanation, and without regard for how harmful and demeaning those words can be to an elderly patient. A doctor should make patients feel heard, respected, and cared for--especially vulnerable elderly patients. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Because of this experience, I will not allow my mother to continue seeing this doctor. I hope this review helps other families make informed decisions and encourages this provider to reflect on how words, tone, and basic human compassion matter just as much as medical knowledge.

I've had some bad experiences with doctors before, but this provider truly takes the cake. Her…read moreoffice staff is completely disorganized, and there always seems to be someone new working there. They rarely answer the phone, it's a hassle to get them to send prescriptions to the pharmacy, and they failed to inform me that the provider is no longer in-network with UnitedHealthcare. I genuinely tried to support Black-owned practices, but at this point, it's no longer about that -- it's about professionalism for me now. The provider herself is extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed to think she could raise her voice at me without expecting a response -- but I have a voice too. I truly don't understand why some healthcare providers carry themselves as if they'll never need help from others. That kind of arrogant, abrasive attitude is both disappointing and unacceptable. Looking back, I should have left when the previous provider, Ritchie, left. She was a class act. Since then, the office has gone downhill. They expected me to make an in-person visit every time I needed an increase in my Zepbound dosage -- even after being told by the provider herself that follow-ups wouldn't be necessary for that. What shocked me most was that the provider physically put her hands on me to force me out of the office. As someone who was raised to respect my elders -- I am Haitian, and we value that deeply -- I found her behavior completely inappropriate and beyond disrespectful. Honestly, her attitude is probably why her hair won't grow and her face is covered in bumps like a road map -- which I happily used to guide myself to a better doctor's office.

Dr. Clarissa Harris has been my Primary Care Physician since we moved down here from New York 5…read moreyears ago. Out of the list I researched of possible doctors meeting the requirements I was looking for, I serendipitously picked Dr. Harris merely because she was closest to where we moved to. Boy, were The Fates in my corner that day! She turned out to be The BEST! Her specialty is listed as Family Medicine, but the scope of her medical knowledge, expertise and caring go far beyond those two simple words. A Family Physician practices Family Medicine, which is a medical specialty that provides continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages, sexes, diseases, and parts of the body. That requires an enormous amount of knowledge and she is a brilliant physician and diagnostician, who also has the kindest personality through which she provides compassionate caring for her patients. I consider myself very lucky and fortunate to be one of them! And, I may add, that all of her referrals to specialists for me, and there have been many, have all been in the same stellar category that she calls home. I highly recommend Dr. Harris to anyone looking for a top-notch physician! Martin Brandel

I'm honestly laughing at the 2 'negative' reviews bc they have absolutely NOTHING to do with Dr…read more Fahey's extensive knowledge in the field lol... rather, a clear miscommunication w making an appointment and another literally whining bc she was told what she needed to hear as opposed to what she wanted to hear. "I cancelled everything bc I felt uncomfortable " ok well that's on you lol. I've been seeing her since I was 14 and the only time I've been anywhere else was when I moved out of state. No one EVER gave me the kind of honesty/care/time that Dr. Fahey does. We need more doctors like her and be grateful she didn't just immediately jump to surgery but actually took the time to explain the risks and speak to you about other options! Unbelievable... i have been to many doctors in general bc of a rare disease and when I give a review, best believe its bc they're doing something right plus some! The staff is amazing as well and have all been with her for YEARS. Did I mention I'm 39? Met Fahey at 14 and can honestly say she's top notch in every aspect. I couldn't be more grateful. If you want a phenomenal OBGYN who will tell it like it is, listen to you and your concerns and give you a thorough visit... on top of listening to issues that have nothing to do with her or her job.. she's beyond THE one. I will NEVER go anywhere else as long as I'm still in FL. Oh lastly, I was stupid and got new insurance with out checking to make sure she takes it first, she doesn't and I still won't go anywhere else. Just saw her last week and paid out of pocket. If that doesn't speak volumes, I'm not sure what will!

She then proceeds to give me give me their office number to cb to reschedule (since she assumed i called the wrong office) but i read off the number that called me (& i called) WHICH IS THE CORRECT NUMBER. Issues happen but with no sympathy for the mix up. 3 girls at the desk and no one owned up to calling me less than 24 hrs prior. Customer service goes a long way.
