pleaser don't use. they told me based on my brain scan I don't have bipolar and that was a life prison sentence lifted however I did. I decided to start tapering my meds since they took that diagnosis away and a month later I went into a river and got swept away cause I was manic. I could have died and they made me feel like I was normal with just PTSD, Anxiety, depression , adhd. I would have never stopped the pills if they told me I didn't. I'm at a good place now that actually cares. read more

I flew in from Cleveland, Ohio to get a brain scan from Amen Clinic and was super excited to see what my brain looks like and how to get the best help based on my individual needs. I just finished up my second scan (they do 2) and wanted to review this clinic and let everyone know how amazing my experience has been! From the start of walking in the door you are greeted by the front desk ladies and asked how you are feeling (I love that!) I wish I got their names but they are so so kind and helpful, they had asked when I left today if I wanted to move my next appointment to a sooner date which was so thoughtful. I really appreciated that! I believe her name was Daniyel. The staff at this clinic in Hollywood really are top notch and made the experience the best! After you arrive they take you back and have you do assessments on a computer and then take you to a private room to do the medication for the brain scan. Super easy and painless! I wanted to give a special shoutout to Moe. He was so kind and funny and made my experience so much fun and put me at ease. His phlebotomy skills are the best I've ever experienced. No bruising and was painless! The brain scans were so easy and comfortable! They help you up on the board and you lay down and get comfortable and then they wrap you up in a blanket to keep you comfortable but also helps you not to accidentally move during the scan as you can't move so it can scan the brain properly. It only last about 20 minutes. Goes by super quick! They even update you to let you know during it how many minutes you have left which is so helpful. COMPASSIONATE, HELPFUL, & EASY. Would be the words I would describe my experience at the Amen Clinic. Every single person I've encountered has been so helpful and I can tell they have all been extensively trained in customer service and customer care. Ashley has also been a fantastic care coordinator and has followed up with me and taken her time speaking with me. She even called me before we met just to introduce herself to me and to let me know I could reach out to her if I had any questions! You are in great hands at Amen Clinic. I do want to add, yes it is expensive however I view it as an investment in myself. They are willing to work with you on pricing and I know they also take care credit so please don't let price scare you. Thank you Amen Clinic of Hollywood! read more

This place really did wonders for me when I first went there in 2022 after I experienced something extremely traumatic at David Lawrence Center in Naples, FL. My family took me to Amen Clinic for brain scans to see why I was in such a vegetative-like state after the mistreatment I endured at DLC. The brain scans showed I have a brain injury and Dr. Rosario worked with me and helped me a lot... I'm grateful for all her assistance from 2022 through this year and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for helping me and being there, Dr. Rosario and Amen Clinic! You are truly heaven-sent. read more

I am pleased with the Amen Clinic. I believe my son is in a safe, professional medical clinic, the staff, Diana and Precious, are above par, and Dr Christopher Frederick is who is located in the Hollywood clinic, Florida, professional, kind, caring, and on point, and he gave me and my son hope for a better future. read more

I love the Amen clinic supplements! Dr Amen is very knowledgeable and we are lucky to have the South Florida clinic.

The presentation was impactful. Dr. Amens clinics are the latest in technology and treating patients with a variety of clinical issues and diagnosis'. Starting with the clinic seems like a good place to be vs after all other options have been exhausted. read more

I have followed Dr Amen since 2015 when I saw him speak. Little did I know I would become much more involved in the future. Amen clinics and the entire staff are amazing! Their knowledge is A++++. The whole person approach makes the difference. Melanie has been so patient and helpful while we navigate this process. My husband has seen tremendous results to this point, and looking forward to more! We HIGHLY recommend Amen Clinics! read more

Would give 0 if it were an option. Complete scam. I haven't been able to sleep for years. I thought they would help me. All they did is tell me what I already know ...meditate and exercise(oh and take our ridiculously expensive garbage supplements) Which, by the way, I've been doing for twenty years already. $4000.00 to tell me to exercise and meditate. I'm a nurse and I know what good care looks like. I make sure to offer it every single day. The only way I can sleep is with a small amount of alcohol and Benadryl which, unfortunately, is destroying my liver. I tried to stop and did not sleep 1 minute in five days and they did NOTHING. I begged. BEGGED for something to help me sleep so I don't have to slowly kill myself with substances and they did NOTHING. I had an appointment at 3:30 on Wednesday May 10th. I thought maybe they would give me something to sleep after they got my labs, but here is what happened after all that aggravation (I didn't even write about what I had to go through with the lab) I had witnesses in the car when the doctor's assistant made the appointment because we were coming home from the keys.I was hoping to get just trazadone, not a narcotic even, and this assistant clearly says 3:30, on the phone but when I went to the zoom link it says 3 (not 3:30). So NOW not only have they duped me for 4K, they are trying to charge me a late fee! This institution is such a scam I would be stupid to not think every single review here is paid. If you want to see the REAL experience of amen clinics go to the BBB (better business bureau) website. That is where they can't PAY to take reviews off. Google and yelp take bribes. Not only is that criminal, but amen clinic is altogether. Save your money. They scam you for supplements, "brain scans" (gee thanks for telling me I have a few TBI's and I'm not functioning well. WHY I CAME TO YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE). These people are pure predators. No wonder the yelp reviews and no wonder every other doctor I talk to about them scoffs when I say the name. I wish I had done more research read more

The DMV of wellness. I was herded around by a mostly impatient rude woman with a somewhat heavy accent who consistently ripped my hair out each time she unstrapped my head from the table and during one visit left me strapped in on the table I believe longer than was needed as she took a phone call. She then proceeded to announce to the entire waiting room as I left that I had to use the restroom. Classy. So if being harassed, poked, and prodded is your thing look no further. If I, the sick person, didn't immediately understand what was expected of me I was mildly snapped at. The people at the front were more neutral and just pushed a clipboard at me and told me to fill it out. Greetings and pleasantries are not utilized in anyway. You're mostly just kind of a package they're trying to move through the machine. When going to a not cheap clinic for wellness many are already quite sick and have been through a great deal hence why they're going to the clinic and many have traveled a good distance. It would seem very important then for the staff to be welcoming and kind, to be at least somewhat accommodating rather than have the apathy and general disinterest of a motel 6 concierge. It seemed rather than them accommodating and making you feel supported or looked after they were there to tell you what was expected of you, for you to accommodate them exclusively. Without signs designating it as a wellness or health clinic it would be difficult to tell that this place was suppose to help you in anyway. The place has the charm of a public bathroom. In terms of care it was reminiscent of a drunken luggage handler or someone delivering a delicate package using a cannon. For someone in a very bad way the whole place was a reminder of the severe incompetence and lack of compassion in humanity. Besides the brief appearance of one somewhat nice lady the only good thing I found there was the cafe in the same building. read more
