I was gonna have them work on my car and they have had a ride set up to get home and they have the wrong parts even though they get them from across the street. I've never had them work on my car, where it turned out right. They worked on my mom's car dome light with greasy fingers, and when I called them out on it, they claimed it was already like that when it came in, it wasn't. The dome light was just not attached correctly. Nothing else. I would give them a negative star, if that was an option. I do not remember commend this place to anyone. They need to overhaul the employees completely with people with the proper education. I have pictures of the car that they worked on, because I still own it. All of its problems, can be attributed to their poor workmanship. Consider this a public announcement.

I ordered a part through the dealership that is literally across the street from me. They made me prepay for the part and.... it took them three months to NOT deliver my part. THREE MONTHS!!!! I had them print me out a list of the dealers that showed the part that I needed. Kelly in the parts department handled me in less than 3 minutes. She even texted me a picture of the shipping label. Good parts/service people are getting few and far between. Kelly is one of those people. Thanks again.

This is the way all vehicle sales should be!…read more I was looking for a Maverick Lariat Hybrid, which seem to be in short supply. I found one 2025 in my home state of Arizona that had the options I preferred. It was about 164 miles away, one way. I try to do Internet purchases because I greatly dislike high pressure in-person sales tactics. The in-state dealer's Internet department insisted I drive the 5 hour round trip before they would negotiate a price - that's not how Internet sales is supposed to work. That was a deal breaker. Then I started looking at low mileage used Mavericks. I found one that looked suitable, but I had to pay to have it shipped, sight unseen. About 2 weeks later it was still in transit. So I gave up and searched inventory on Ford's website. I stumbled on a new 2024 Maverick Lariat at Freedom Ford in Gunnison, Utah. Their Internet sales person, Shaney, reached out the next day. I responded with my requirements. With just a few eMails and Texts, we reached a deal - a great deal, I might add! I only had to make one short phone call to pay a deposit. There was absolutely no hassle and no pressure! Within a day, the paperwork was completed and financing with a very good rate was arranged. I booked a flight to Utah and Shaney offered to have someone pick me up at the Provo Airport, which is the airport nearest to Gunnison. That was very gracious, as Provo is more than an hour drive from Gunnison. In less than 30 minutes from arrival at the dealership, I had possession of my new truck and was on my way home. The trip home was about 700 mostly highway miles with an average of 39.5 MPG. I couldn't be happier with the truck. Even with travel expenses and the shipping fee for the used truck I didn't buy, I saved a lot of money. I highly recommend Freedom Ford in Gunnison, Utah, and Shaney, the Internet sales person. I will definitely be a customer again. This is the way all vehicle sales should be!

Our Sales Rep John knew every detail of his product and provided us outstanding service on the day of delivery. I traveled from NV to Provo GMC to purchase a truck since the dealerships in Las Vegas had limited inventory and wanted to be difficult when it came to closing a deal. Not the case with Joe and his team. They responded immediately to my online inquiry and notified me they had two of the vehicles in stock. By the end of the day, we had agreed to a price that was lower than any other dealership had quoted me. On top of that, they promised to hold the vehicle for me until I could drive up from Las Vegas. The day of delivery could not of gone smoother. The truck looked amazing and John made sure we understood how everything worked since I was upgrading from a 2006 GMC Sierra that lacked all the new tech. John has even reached out a couple times post purchase to make sure I have no questions. Bottomline, I give Provo GMC my highest marks and whole heartedly recommend them. They operate with transparency and integrity, which made working with them a fantastic experience.

In that short time, it's already been in the shop three times and now it needs a completely new engine. Before the engine failure, I even tried to sell it back to Provo GMC at a financial loss, hoping to cut my losses early, but they wouldn't even consider it. It's clear to me now that there were underlying issues from the beginning. I'm incredibly disappointed by how this situation has been handled and by the lack of accountability from the dealership. I expected better both in terms of product quality and customer care. You have my all my info to call me so just do that!
