The repair shop has no idea what they're even doing. They keep trying to overcharge for the work…read more (Price gouge). One time they had the wrong part. When they make a mistake on your car, they just make a note of it, and charge full price anyway. They treat the customers like crap. I'll never take my car there again. It's worth driving to Nephi for much better mechanics. I don't wanna show a pic of what they did to my car, it's too embarrassing. I'd recommend firing all of them and replacing them with people that know what they're doing.

We were in an enormous bind with a broken down transmission in the middle of nowhere, two small children, and a car full of stuff. They immediately helped us price out all of the different options (including tows to larger towns nearby). and they had tons of kids toys to keep our girls entertained while we figured it out. Every bigger dealership was an expensive tow and a several week wait. Eventually, they recognized our desperate situation, and they really went out of their way and worked really hard to get a solution at their place. They got the parts there fast and gave us a reasonable price to get the work done there. they fixed us up and we were back on the road in a day and a half! AMAZING.
