We had a great experience that was much needed under dire circumstances of breaking down on the side of the road with our two cats and dog in the car. Our guy was punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation much less frustrating. We had the privilege of having the same guy two days in a row (we had a long way of towing to go since we were hours from home) and he made everything so much easier by giving us helpful tips and great service. Even dropping us as close as he could to max out our 100 mile limit through AAA, and making everything better in any way he could. Thanks again! read more

Stand Up Professional Service! Our truck blew a transmission line that immediately vacated all of my transmission fluid. We were virtually in the middle of nowhere in the desert of western Utah with no phone service (Thanks Joe Biden!). We had to hitch a ride 50 miles to the nearest town of Delta, UT to access phone service to make towing and repair arrangements. Delta did not have an adequate tow service to haul both truck and trailer. So, a shout out to Delta Chevrolet who recommended Dearden Towing in Filmore, UT, about another 30 miles south. Dearden immediately dispatched the tow driver to Delta and picked up us and then proceed back out to the middle of nowhere. We were towed 80 miles to Dearden Towing and Auto Repair in Filmore where there mechanics got right on the diagnosis despite being near closing time. The tow driver parked our trailer at an RV Park for us at no extra charge. The part for repair was ordered and would be there in the morning. I got a call at 1010 the next morning -- Your truck is ready! They immediately dispatch their driver to pick me up at the RV Park and take me to the shop. The ladies in the office and the entire shop of mechanics were all involved in taking care of us. Great attitudes all! An hour later we were hitched up and back on our vacation, only losing one day. Thank you Dearden Towing! read more

Lost a boat trailer tire on our way to St George. We were about 45 minutes before Fillmore when this happened so we called Dearden's, since they had the best reviews of anyone in the area. Even on a Sunday, they made it to us in no more than an hour. They gave us the run down of what to expect and that they would handle it from there so we could get back on the road! Richard went above and beyond and made the absolute best of a bad situation! If getting us back on the road quickly wasn't enough, he also tracked down parts and will have it all fixed up before we head home. read more

Consumer Warning! Beware Lawsuit Pending! Dearden Motor through its gross negligence placed diesel fuel into my brand new vehicle''s engine that takes unleaded gasoline only. Refusal to provide basic insurance carrier information, required under Utah law to be provided upon request, has left me without an operational vehicle 3 months+ and counting. Ample opportunity has been provided for Dearden Motor to accept responsibility, yet ignoring the single, disabled female who is unable to run their own business without having a vehicle seems to be their preferred course of action, as proven for months now. Proceed at your own risk! If you ever have any issue with damages incurred to your vehicle, good luck getting Dearden Motor fo accept responsibility for their actions without filing a claim against their insurance company and corresponding lawsuit to recoup legal costs. My transmission went out on I-15 near Fillmore. Dearden went out of their way to get to me as quickly as possible. Great service, very honest, and gave me recommendations on what to watch out for from from the dealership if they repaired my truck. As expected, the Ram dealership in Provo (I won't mention names) was a complete ripoff with their repair estimate. I followed Dearden's advise to get a transmission from a salvage yard and saved thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company for towing and repairs. read more

Locked out my Tesla at 9500 ft elev in Steep Creek overlook near Boulder, UT. I've called Tesla and another towing company, and Dearden Towing is the the most reasonably priced one hour away from Torrey, UT. Josh was proficient in communicating of his whereabouts and patiently waited for me at the hotel where I stayed at. He's friendly and easy going guy. Knew what he was doing as this is a highly computerized car that was totally offline. read more

They were responsive to a service call on a Sunday. While I only had them do a diagnostic on an engine dashboard light, I appreciated their willingness to help on a weekend. read more

My boyfriend broke down in Fillmore with a horse trailer, horses, dogs, at 10PM after dropping me off at the SLC airport. While at the airport, I looked up numbers for someone who might be able to help him. He called Dearden and they said they could look at it first thing in the morning. In the morning, they remembered his call and checked it out right away. Unfortunately it took another day to get the needed part, but they helped point him in the right direction to go stay at the fairgrounds, and were incredibly helpful. They got him back on the road as quickly as possible and for an EXTREMELY reasonable price, especially considering they knew he was stuck and could've easily taken advantage. Thanks guys!! read more

The tow truck driver was friendly and great to work with. They diagnosed the repair quickly and were able to get it fixed fast even though there was a major wreck in a neighboring town and their mechanics had to help tow a few cars in for a couple of hours. Call for a good tow. read more
