I called the tow shop up and they pick me & my 24" car trailer up with-in 30 minutes. I live almost 1,200 miles away in Springfield Nebraska. So I had to leave my truck with them to have a transmission put into it. They got the job done in less then a week. I rented a U-Haul van to pull my trailer back home with the wife at my side. I drove back down to get my truck with a friend by using a Enterprise one way rental car. My truck ran fantastic all the way back home the 1,200 miles. I even think it got better fuel mileage on the way back. So today I ordered them Pizza for lunch, I hope they like Domino's Pizza because Lotsa Motsa wasn't open. Found myself stranded on the side of 15 in my F450 and attached 5th wheel trailer. Had family of…read more4, 2, cats and a dog with me. Was having an issue with roadside assistance, so I rolled the dice and called these guys. They were able to bring 2 trucks out to tow our trailer and 5th wheel. They also accommodated my family and pets. Towed the truck to their lot and trailer to a nearby campground. They did a free diagnostic, to see if they could get us on the road. We were in our way to Idaho and Wyoming. Unfortunately for us we had a fuel filter failure causing 10k in damage and had to have the truck towed to a dealership. Overall we were very appreciative of the service we received. They also did not rake us over the coals in cost.

We tried them around 3pm and needed an oil change for our Subaru Outback and a few hours later they were done and on our way...They even had a beautiful assistant travel to a neighboring town to get the right oil and filter. The price was fair and the two fine gentlemen even gave some local recommendations for food and a place to stay...The next time we are in southern Utah and need a hand with our finicky vehicle, will be calling Garrett again!!
