(No disrespect to any other Masonary, I learned this is a busy season) Eric listened to my frantic rant about my chimney & asked to see some pics of the damage. After I sent them he said he would come by for a closer look ASAP & he did. He told me he would try to fit me in, & he kept his word: Within a couple of days, Eric was repairing my chimney with his crew member Sammy. They fixed issue, after issue after issue. My chimney had a lot of them. They went above & beyond & they paid attention to every detail. I am not family. I just met Eric & Sammy today. The last review must have been talking about another Eric. I found him to be transparent, extremely knowledgable & humble. I am very picky about who I hire & I am very pleased & impressed with the work they did. I have added some before & after pictures. Lastly, I sent out a lot of pictures of my chimney, but Eric had one of the lowest bids, it was very fair. Neither one of them asked me to write this review. I wanted to, because I am very grateful to the both of them. True professionals with a very strong work ethic.

We did not even know they were planning to start until coming home to equipment in our driveway. Then, equipment broke down on first day of actual work, rendering our drive blocked for 2 days. This after no-showing the initial start date. The project manager was MIA for over a week without any communication, just unreachable. They eliminated part of the job without discussion, which was the right decision but did not reduce price and was not even a conversation. The project manager offered free sealing to accommodate for the inconveniences and lack of communication. Once the job was complete, he insisted they could only be paid cash/Venmo, despite having my paid-in-full check in hand. He stated his bank was unable to process a deposit due to another large deposit from a separate job. It made no sense, but I wanted to be kind. After being paid in full via Venmo, he requested I recall the payment to avoid fees. After several weeks of back and forth, awaiting my refund from Venmo, I paid him cash. He assured me the company would be in touch to schedule promised sealing. There was no call. I reached out, attempting to schedule the sealing. They completely ghosted me, only responding when threats of contacting BBB were made. They never sealed the drive. The process began well (seemed trustworthy), but ended with a feeling of having been ripped off and repeatedly lied to.

Shortly after the wall was finished, I provided the final payment with the understanding the job would be finished the following day. Two months later, after rescheduling 5 times for​ many reasons, the driveway patch was done yesterday. They resealed the driveway for free for our inconvenience. I paid $9500 for all work done. Not only did he lack transparency, but his overall professionalism was lacking. We had to ask, multiple times for an invoice for our records. I called to very clearly ask them for an estimate to repair my two chimneys, and some stucco siding…read moreif they do stucco. They instead told me to pay to clean the two chimneys, and that would include the $99 estimate fee as well. I agreed but was clear that the estimate was my primary interest. They charged me about $250 each for the two chimneys, the cleaner told me he wasn't sure it was safe to use... but they didn't give me an estimate to repair! It's been weeks now and multiple calls requesting the estimate. Bait and switch misleading sales at its worst. Do not use!!
