Tres Terry is the most competent dent guy I've been around in long time. I'm relatively new to Bowling Green and I'm thrilled that someone with his expertise is here for us. He's on point with his assessment and he offered a reasonable timeline coupled with a price that is more than fair. It's not what you pay. It's what you get. He spotted a subtle crease I had missed in our original assessment. I value attention to detail and he had it. Tres is thorough and efficient and he turned my cars around in short order. Finally able to schedule an appointment. Was there before 4pm to pick up car. He told my husband he was just going to leave the key in the car, which my husband asked him not to do. Pick up the car, overwhelming smell of wet dog. Seats are still sopping wet. He broke off 2 plastic pieces on my center console. When my husband called him and asked him about it he lied and said he did not do it. Better off paying a 16 year old to detail your car. Now I'll have to pay to get the smell out of my car and fix the broken pieces.

I asked for prices and how long they usually take. The gentleman explained they charge more than their competitors but he went into detail on everything they did to the car to justify their price. Money is not an issue. But when he said that I would have to drop it off in the morning since this is a full day service that is when I told him I could not do that. I am not from the area and I am only here for the week on business. He then took the time to find out which hotel I was staying at and referred me to his competitor, who does not take as long for details. He went above and beyond his normal duty, which demonstrated excellent customer service. Next time I am in the area with more time on my hands I will definitely go here. 1st review - 5 Star customer service.
