Terrible customer service! I found this company after my window suddenly fell down out of nowhere…read more Im disabled and didn't have the funds to buy a new regulator and pay for labor. However the young man there at Dave's said he could put the window up and tape it to keep it from falling . He charged $50 bucks.. Very hard for me to come up with btw...but I did and took my truck there to have the glass pushed back up and taped. That was on the 1st or 2nd ...Well I came out this morning, the 4th (not) even a full 72 hours later and my window is down again. It was raining and I was stressed out over it.. So I called them to explain my situation .. A young man got on the phone and basically told me the window has tape on it.. And they're not responsible for it falling. He also went on to say that I wasn't paying attention to my window , but I hadn't driven my truck at all yesterday. I didn't think I had to stand there and stare at it. He said what do you want me to do about it? I said what would you want someone to do for you?? No response!! Long story short! I had already told them I had 2 windows that I wanted them to fix on payday, but after this experience and pure disregard from them with regards to my situation I will not be going back! They lost a good customer with several vehicles in need of window repair.. It takes nothing to be kind, or to show a little compassion!!! To just treat others how u wish to be treated!

They get your car in there and hold it hostage and play parking lot roulette telling you that they are waiting for parts for days. Don't trust them they are scamming you and cheating you out of your hard earned money while telling you how busy they are, but you go there they have 2 lifts working and everyone is standing around. My Cousin while visiting from Florida went here for an oil change two days ago and the service tech…read morelooked over the front end and tried to advise her to replace her struts! Said they were leaking and he could repair them for around $1000. She declined and told him no, that she would have her husband take care of it. After she left she drove approximately 15 miles and noticed the abs light wouldn't go away on her dashboard. I called PRO-TECH for her and asked them if perhaps they disconnected a wire or something while doing the oil change they said no, shouldn't have needed to do that. Recommended to bring vehicle back in the morning. After finding a CARite dealership nearby from which she bought the truck in Florida she decided to take it there the next morning for a second opinion as it was under warranty. They then inspected the vehicle and said the calipers were loose and rattling probably causing the abs light issue so they then tightened them back up. The vehicle had just had the brakes checked and repaired just two months earlier before coming to MI at a CARite dealership in Florida. They also inspected the struts and said they should be fine to drive back to Florida and didn't require replacement! The following day after driving approximately another 80 miles something came loose and was dragging under the vehicle causing her to pull off to the side of the state highway. Looking under the vehicle she found a bracket of some sort hanging down and dragging the road. She then contacted her dealer again and had to have the vehicle towed to them for repairs again. They said the bracket would have had to be removed to do the oil filter replacement and must not have been properly fastened back after the filter replacement. They then generously replaced the missing fasteners and did not charge her for anything. Thank you CARite! Shame on you PRO-TECH!! It appears there are still bandits lurking around trying to make a dis-Honest living!
