My instructor at Anniesland driving school, I must say, was really nice and patient. He made me at ease and corrected all my mistakes in a very friendly way. In addition to normal training, he also made me practice some hot spots on many test routes (some of them I actually encountered during my test). I took around 25 hours of classes and passed the test in first attempt with only 3 minors, which honestly I had never imagined. Thanks a lot to my instructor, for helping me reach my goal of passing my test first time.

My instructor lost my licence the day before my test and I had to apply for a new one. Once I had this, I txt and called the owner David to get a new date for over two weeks and was ignored. I eventually got a friend to call from their phone and he picked up first time. When I eventually got to speak to David he denied losing my licence (despite us having a video WhatsApp call looking through his truck for it the night before my test) and told me that he got enough of this sh*ite from his wife and he wasn't going to take it from me. David is tone deaf to his failings and I absolutely expect him to reply to this saying he doesn't know what I'm talking about and that he has never met me. That's true, he has never met me but we have spoken at length over the course of me taking my test as I unfortunately failed my reversing test. This was down to another mess up by pass4me where my examiner did not show up and I had to wait for a long time for a replacement. I had done the manoeuvre over 20 times and had not once got it wrong. However after waiting for a different examiner for well over an hour whilst anxious and hungry I ended up hitting a cone. Fair enough but trying to get a new test has been like pulling teeth. I've asked for my money back as I have lost faith in Pass4me and I have been told no. So now I need to re-pay to have my test done with a professional set up.
