Every week, there are 10 to 15 wedding proposals getting arranged by small vendors.It is getting crazy, we can not sit in front of our home because there are always so many strangers standing in front of our home, sometimes close to 40-50 people. They all drink.  I complained  to Las Colinas HOA, The City of Irving through phone and online 'Report-a-Concern' form. None of them take the responsibility of the Gazebo at the Lago De Claire lake and say it does not come under them. The restrooms seem like they are cleaned once a week so go at our own risk. It's been sold and hopefully the new owners will address more than just cosmetic changes. The front desk lady Leticia is a special case; her rudeness is very off putting. Ive witnessed her talk to people as if she owns the joint. She seems to have an issue with boys because I overheard her chastising two kids and when their mom showed up her tune changed. Hopefully she's just a worker and not part owner cause if she is I hope a change is made soon.

As good as the club is, and no doubt, great things are happening there, it's really expensive - and the last several months I have constantly been questioning if I should be paying what I do. I mentioned in my first review in July I felt the club was slipping. No question I have, and deserve to have, the highest expectations for this place but that comes from them. They promise us an "athletic country club" experience and charge for it - so I expect them to deliver. Over the last year, this club has been dealing with a serious member trend related to its big ticket item - the men's rejuvenation suite in the locker room, consisting of a hot tub, cold plunge, dry sauna, and wet sauna. Quite often, it's a wreck - as are other sections of the locker room. Wet towels and trash crumpled on the floor and in seating areas and in corners around this section of the club. There's sludge on sections of the floor at night after the big rush. Many of the men members of this club are acting like slobs - and Life Time isn't keeping up. I feel like the maintenance crew tries hard, but I've also seen them blow past the suite without even sticking their head in for a status check - as if they have other priorities than one of their biggest competitive advantages when it comes to amenities. I really feel like Life Time without this is mostly a four- or five-star facility - but this issue knocks it down several pegs. It's exhausting.

The only thing I dislike about this gym is that the women's restroom / Sauna, on first floor is right next to the weight station (where mostly men work out ) Like why couldn't there be opposite sides for men and women restrooms. We then saw that a locked fence prevented us from going to the ball park. We tried to walk here other way, to get back in front of the center but no walkway there. Then we tried to re-enter the Star Center but the door was locked. So we walked around the entire ball field we were trying to get into, only to find the gate locked there. We were beginning to think we were completely locked in to the area with no way to get to the ball field or to the front of the Star Center but a Star Center patron let us in when my husband tapped on the door. Had all this not happened we probably would have used the snack bar on a future trip to the ball field. But, lesson learned. Avoid this place!

I don't have any other experiences at similar "sports arenas" or whatever they're called, so I don't have anything to compare this place to, but it seems nice enough to me and has a lot to offer. Big indoor soccer field, plenty of bleachers, a few tables, a concession stand, and then like... an actual restaurant. You can get pizza and beer and really kind of enjoy yourself while you watch your friends and loved ones kick a ball around and run back and forth over and over. The facility and bathrooms are clean and the staff was really friendly when I went. My sons soccer skills have gotten better and his confidence has sky rocketed during games. He also gets a great workout! Not going to lie it's expensive but worth it to me in how much it's helped my son mentally and physically. Coach Donte is awesome, direct, firm, but encouraging and constructive.
