He was friendly and seemed like he was trying to help me out, but what was supposed to be a repair turned into roughly three months of waiting\. There was constantly something causing another delay\. I would be told he had other things that were more important, things were getting in the way, he was getting behind, or that he would get to it soon\. Weeks just kept passing\. Then it seemed like every other week I was being told there was another problem with the car that needed to be addressed\. I tried to be understanding because I know unexpected problems can come up when working on a vehicle, especially once you start getting into the repair\. But after being patient through three months of delays and being told about one new problem after another, I ultimately got the car back still overheating--the exact reason I brought it there in the first place\. I don't have anything personal against him, and he was nice throughout the process, but after being without my car for three months, I expected the repair I originally brought it in for to actually be completed\.
