I prefer renting local vs the SeaTac airport rental center( poor service and execution) If you have to wait a bit it's not due to the reps on duty. They have less staff available in the early morning when the returns come in. So I was told. I won't go anywhere else. I'm an Emerald rewards member so that's incentive to rent from them.

The first week everything was fine, I booked online and was charged exactly what I paid when I booked. The second week I booked online again and everything seemed to be fine. Two days later, when checking my bank account I realized I was charged an extra $64??? I went back this morning to get an explanation and the owner told me it was for an additional driver? I never drove the car either week, just paid for it. He stated that the previous weeks rental I was given a "freebie" on the additional driver. I told him that was confusing and he agreed, but did not refund me or offer me a credit. Overall a very confusing and poor experience particularly regarding one person paying for a rental for someone else to drive. I would've rented another car from them this weekend and possibly the next depending on how the car search goes, but I will now be going elsewhere. The owner was also not the most friendly guy I've met in a customer service orientated business. Be careful what you sign and read the fine print!
