I was in need of a morning cup of Joe after dropping off my pup at daycare, and came across this little gem that is Dripolator. Upon doing quick Google search I saw that it is a chain and offered both coffee and breakfast food options. This place offers a quaint little coffee shop vibe complete with small tables, chairs, couches, and lounge chairs. It was quite busy when I arrived but service was still top tier and our food/drinks arrived quickly. My husband ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich, while I decided on their quiche of the day. Additionally, we each ordered a drink and shared a pastry. The quality for the price paid was well worth it and if in the area again, I would be sure to stop by! read more

Went through the drive through and it was a great experience. The staff was patient while we decided and ordered. The food was delicious (we got the egg and cheese sandwich and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich). Drinks were also great I had the salted caramel latte. I ordered a salted caramel latte with soy milk, extra sweet and a sausage, egg & cheese bagel on cheddar bun. Man! They were both tasty! The service was great! I asked whether they had tap to pay because of course I forgot my wallet and they did! They also have free wifi...because of course, mine was inoperable at the time. read more

We stopped on our long drive up to New York. Immediately the baristas inside were so welcoming and warm and were patient when we spent eons looking at the menu. They took time to explain their coffee and offer good options and even explained their roasting process. I got the Baristas choice, which is where the baristas can make what they want and pick a surprise drink, and they made me a lemon blueberry latte, which was spectacular. It was clean and beautifully decorated inside and there was a view of the mountains when we sat out back. Will stop again next time we drive back up! read more

I am driving back to Atlanta today, leaving Weaver North Carolina, and decided to stop at Dripolator for a coffee on my way home. I had the lemon coffee and they had no problem, adding an extra shot of espresso for me, and even reheating my coffee before I left.. This is such a nice location! I grew up going to the original location in Black Mountain and loved it. This was my first time at the Candler location and I loved it! I got an iced mocha for myself and my son of course got a brownie haha. He said the brownie was delicious! My mocha was the best I've ever had. We met a friend there and she had a latte I think? She liked hers as well. She had the egg bites and they looked delicious. I'll have to try them next time! The service was fast and very friendly! Adored this location of the Dripolator, located in Candler, NC. Right outside of Asheville this coffee shops gives more of a local feel and is a little less chaotic than the Black Mountain location but serves up the same great menu! From bagel breakfast sandwiches to incredibly delicious fresh pastries, and their coffee is divine as well!! I went in with my ex-in-laws and my two toddlers (weird bunch, I know) and the staff here were so kind and accommodating. I decided it was best that we sit outside under the awning so the good folks in doors could have conversations without my two raucous kiddos bothering them. Perfect choice! I loved my iced americano and my ex-in-laws adored their breakfast sandwiches and hot coffee. When I tell you my girls DEVOURED their banana nut loaf and Goodness Greens smoothie, that's putting it lightly. I will definitely go back when I'm in the Asheville area and you should too! read more

It's pretty busy so be prepared to wait but the baristas work quickly and they're friendly. Inviting atmosphere with numerous seating options both indoor and outdoor. And it's inexpensive! A microwaved bagel breakfast sandwich that turned to stone in 10min for $7 incl tip plus they had a show shelf of $10chocolate bars from Dubai and other far off places blocking one's way into the inside seating. Just traveling through and wanted some coffee and a little breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had a fun vibe going. Decided on a regular drip coffee and a cold brew. Wanted a hot latte with skim milk but they only had whole, soy or almond milk. The drip coffee had a berry aftertaste and the cold brew was just way too strong for me after awhile. The breakfast bagel sandwiches were really good with the house made spicy sauce they use. Took a banana bread and lemon poppyseed bread to snack on later. Both were very moist and tasty. read more
