It takes blades, buckets, and wheelbarrows to clean each stall--backbreaking work--all so customers can enjoy a clean, $3 car wash. This man truly cares about his business and his customers. He explained that no one wants to step in mud or use dirty hoses, and he takes real pride in maintaining a clean, respectable place for people to use. After seeing the labor involved in cleaning up after disrespectful behavior--not to mention the costly storm drain mitigation requirements--I felt compelled to say something. His clerk sold me Plus Car Wash ticket to wash my car. I mentioned to the clerk last time, the car wash did not wash my car adequately and I complained at that time, too. An older aged Manager argued on, rose his voice, talked over me repeatedly, badgered me out to my car, filming my vehicle, which was also very strange. I took my car's picture showing I could write my name on it on the front hood. He couldn't care less and said he would not issue another wash to rectify. Worst CS I've seen in ages.
