I opted for the Platinum ($16) touch-less wash. This included a high pressure wash and rinse with Graphene Extreme Lava Coating. This place is packed in the afternoon, so there were 6 cars in front of me. The wait wasn't excruciating, but it's best to utilize patience because I was in line 30+ minutes. However, the self-wash bays were vacant and available for those who wanted to exert the effort.

It takes blades, buckets, and wheelbarrows to clean each stall--backbreaking work--all so customers can enjoy a clean, $3 car wash. This man truly cares about his business and his customers. He explained that no one wants to step in mud or use dirty hoses, and he takes real pride in maintaining a clean, respectable place for people to use. After seeing the labor involved in cleaning up after disrespectful behavior--not to mention the costly storm drain mitigation requirements--I felt compelled to say something. I will forever be a customer. Thank you Noel for your hospitality and fine establishment.

I needed to get to a gas station ASAP especially when I had a long drive home. I drove a few blocks before seeing this Shell gas station. Lucky I found you. It was very well lit. The food mart was in a white building which I found fascinating because it looked like a cathedral-like building. Anyway, I drove on in, parked at a pump, and walked into the food mart to use the restroom (it had an out of service sign on it, but the gentleman at the counter said go ahead and use it... thank you sir!). I ended up buying a cup with ice and some scratchers. The lady at the cashier was super friendly and nice. Afterwards, I pumped gas and paid at the pump. I was then on my merry way. Thank you Shell for the great service and facilities! Btw, they also have a car wash.

Manager is a HOTHEAD, does not understand Golden Rule of CS: never argue with a customer. He did, repeatedly. I said this is a "promoted shell service car wash, right?" His clerk sold me Plus Car Wash ticket to wash my car. I mentioned to the clerk last time, the car wash did not wash my car adequately and I complained at that time, too. An older aged Manager argued on, rose his voice, talked over me repeatedly, badgered me out to my car, filming my vehicle, which was also very strange. I took my car's picture showing I could write my name on it on the front hood. He couldn't care less and said he would not issue another wash to rectify. Worst CS I've seen in ages.
