Every nurse I've worked with has been professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I've personally tried the Myers Cocktail, Quick Boost, and NAD+ drip, and I've always felt like I was in great hands. Drip Lab IV is also incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Myles especially goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need to have a great experience. I also have to mention that I'm honestly terrified of needles and bruise really easily, so getting IVs is usually something I get pretty nervous about. The SoCal Hyperbaric oxygen chamber is the real deal (hard sided which is what you want... the soft…read moresided versions cannot go. "deep" enough - all the studies have been at 2.0) to speed up the body's healing process by increasing oxygen absorption up to 35%. This was what I needed after my reconstruction surgery. I was on cancer drugs, that slowed down my cell turnover, so my healing process would be slowed down. Also, the reconstruction was done with analogous tissue, which meant that my body would have to create more blood vessels in the new tissue, Solid Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers do these things. Not to mention, after radiation, my skin and tissue was thicker and wouldn't stretch. Again, Hyperbaric Chamber helped cell turnover to rejuvenate that skin. After ungracefully climbing into the chamber and lying down, Jon, Leslie and Theresa made sure I was comfortable and had a pillow, a bolster, some water and some chewing gum. Next they "locked me in" and Jon stayed nearby - watching me (off and on ) through the window. He was close by all of the time I was in the unit, but especially as the chamber was slowly pressurized (as if we were going down under the sea.) The increased air pressure became three times more than normal. This is what you want to press the Oxygen into your tissues. The team at SoCal Hyperbaric, oxygen, make you feel so safe, you can't help but relax and be comfortable. I needed to yawn, drink the water into the gum they that provided to unpop my ears. Once the air pressure stopped changing, I didn't have any more - all felt normal. Above my head, a light for the chamber was dimmed so I could rest or watch the movie I requested. Surprisingly, I didn't feel claustrophobic but it was mildly scary (the first time anyway) knowing I couldn't let myself out but had to trust that someone would come and release me. Luckily, it was easy to trust Jon, Lesley and Teresa. You could tell that the owner, Raffy Elkayam, took great care in hiring his employees. Jon used to be a paramedic. And Raffi got into the business because of his own health needs, so he gets it. Everyone there has integrity, so there's no funny business of trying to give you less of a percentage of oxygen or extra charges after you've started. One time, Teresa felt my sinuses might have issues because of allergies, and canceled/rescheduled my session at no charge. Everything is on the up and up here, and you can feel secure spending your money at this business. In the end of my first visit, Jon gradually decreased the pressure, and opened up the "Vault". I felt slightly light-headed when I came out but energized, too. Jon told me some people step out feeling like they'd had several cups of coffee, while others feel a more subtle, sustained level of energy. I certainly felt good, less tired than I had since before the surgery, and I slept very well that night. When I went to see my surgeon, his whole team was surprised by my quick healing. They said my stitches were mending twice as fast as they would've expected! That was music to my ears. If you're thinking about doing hyperbaric, oxygen chambers, I suggest SoCal hyperbaric oxygen on Ventura Boulevard is the best!

The chambers are nice, clean and comfy, and had more than enough pillows and blankets to fall asleep during my Netflix/HBO max shows! I'm warning you, do not go here…read more My experience with this clinic was a complete disaster. Nobody seems to be on the same page, nobody seems to know what is going on, and when you leave a negative review, the owner responds telling you to "call the clinic" even though she is not even there to speak with you or resolve the problem. From my experience, this place is constantly trying to upsell you, push additional treatments, and squeeze more money out of you. I was even threatened with an additional $300 to $500 fee during a dispute, which only made the entire situation feel even more money-driven and unethical. The worst part was the Director of Operations repeatedly trying to sell me peptides through her own side business while she was involved in my treatment. She was pushing peptides that she represented as coming from China and trying to sell them directly to me outside of the clinic. In my opinion, using your position at a medical or wellness clinic to hustle patients into buying products from your personal side business is so fucking unethical. Patients are coming here because they are looking for legitimate medical support, not to become sales leads for someone's private peptide business. Between the constant upselling, the lack of communication, the confusion between staff, the extra fees, and employees pushing outside products, I completely lost trust in this place. This was a horrible experience and, in my opinion, a complete rip-off. Do not waste your money here. I'm warning you: stay away.
