My husband and I chose to work with Raleigh Plumbing because they were the most competitive quote (and came highly recommended). We went from the smaller project to instead choosing to re-pipe our entire home to remove the polybutylene piping. We collected several quotes, including from Raleigh Plumbing, and RP was the most competitive. Throughout the process the team was kind, courteous and communicative. The Service Manager, John, was our point of contact throughout the process. Before the project, he answered several of our questions and was helpful to explain some of the pieces we knew less about. He kept us up-to-date on timelines and was easy to work with. At one point in the project, there was a miscommunication that led to some concerns on our side. When we raised our concerns, the Raleigh Plumbing team was quick to take action and went above and beyond to resolve any of our concerns. Their customer service is unbelievably good and the response they gave to our concern showed how they genuinely take pride in their work and care for their customers. We have so much trust in this company and their people. Their prices are fair and the quality of their work is fantastic. We'll definitely use Raleigh Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services in the Triangle.

MY bad experience with Blanchard's Plumbing in Fuquay Varina, NC !!!…read more Horrific experience with Blanchard's Plumbing, OVERPRICED ! , not a good Value. ZERO STARS When you make an appointment, the company will NOT tell you what they charge for the labor rate up front. So the company is hoping that you are stupid enough to assume Blanchard's Plumbing is a fair company. They told me, "It is the customer's responsibility to ask about the labor cost". So, if you assume they are a fair price, which I mistakenly thought, you will be wrong. They are an OVERPRICED company and NOT WORTH your time or money dealing with Blanchard's plumbing. The company purposely does not divulge info up front, because they know you will just hang up the phone. Check their work BEFORE they leave your house. The company hires people with NO EXPERIENCE, TRAINEES, who will come to your house. They said one person is for liability purposes. So I pay for two people's labor charges? Even though ONLY one person was working, while the other person just watching the whole time, doing nothing ! Again, like a fool, I did not check the quality of their work before they left the house. However, I paid for their time and labor I see replies to this message from people who said, years ago they were satisfied with Blanchard's quality and price. If that is true, then I am happy for you. Maybe others were satisfied in the past, but maybe times have changed. And maybe the company has gone downhill from all the negative reviews from Blanchard's Plumbing." I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with them When I called them to make an appointment, I specifically told them on the phone, "I need your BEST people in the company to come to the house." I said , "I want THE "A" Team" to come over" They told me on the phone, "We will send the best people over to your house." Remember, this was the simplest of all plumbing jobs, just to install 3 simple "Fill Values" for the 3 toilets, which ended up NEVER working. Snake a bathtub, which was successful, but should have taken just 7 minutes They were in my house for TWO (2) Hours , "Milking The CLOCK " I gave Blanchard Plumbing every opportunity to correct the issue the next day. After this experience with Blanchard Plumbing, I did not want to waste time on the phone calling them about the quality and price. I went back to visit Blanchard Plumbing IN PERSON, I kindly asked them, "Could you come back to the house and fix this simple issue of the Fill Value?" Their response to me was hostile and gaslighting. They rudely said, "We do NOT guarantee our work." I had to hire another plumber to correct the issue with the three toilets. I could not have been nicer to these people. But now I am thinking, "Are you kidding me?" Of course, you do NOT guarantee your work, because you are not sure whether the workers will do a good job. I'm sure many years ago, Mr. Blanchard did quality work at a fair price in the past. But like I say, times have changed and gone downhill. The Worst customer service with a total lack of responsibility to correct issues. When the company does not like your "online review; they know they're wrong. So what do they do? They simply make up lies. It's Pathetic This is MY opinion and MY fair and honest verified customer experience with the company.

Having the name " 24/7 " is a joke because several times they were complete no-shows without notification phone calls. I wasted three different Saturdays waiting for Brandon to show up to do work and he never called or showed up. They also did the same thing to me twice during the week. Now it's 8 months later, they still haven't completed all work that I paid them for. We can't say enough great things about this plumbing company! When our hot water heater failed…read moreduring cold weather earlier this year, Tommy came out as soon as he was finished with another job, replaced our Rinnai with a new unit, and relocated it from outside to our crawlspace -- with meticulous care. He stayed until 12:30 AM on a Sunday to make sure everything was perfect. He later returned to fix our main shut-off valve. He also replaced the pressure valve under the house, and removed a governor which doubled our shower wand water pressure (I can rinse my hair in record time now!). And if that wasn't enough, he came back again to replace the old Kohler faucet valves in our shower and tub that he had ordered when he fixed the main shut-off valve. Still reading? ;) We used to use Cary Plumbing but they could not come for a week :( So we called our HVAC company, asked for a recommendation, and they gave us Chris Moss' number. Forever thankful to Chris because he was honest with us. He said he of course wanted to replace our unit, but would not be able to come out as quickly as we had hoped so he gave us Tommy's number in case Tommy could come sooner. Tommy is such a good man he came out on Sunday night. We had the opportunity to talk to Tommy's wife and she is just as wonderful. Finding someone in these days who was willing to come on a Sunday evening and stay that late so that we could have hot water seemed like a miracle to us (and he did not upcharge us for the weekend work). We would hire Tommy again in a second.
