They laughed and continued making body weight the punchline of their conversation. This wasn't a private conversation. iIt was taking place in front of customers in the waiting area. European Wax Center is a business where people come for personal, body-focused services, and many clients are already feeling vulnerable. Hearing employees openly body shame people was shocking, unprofessional, and made me feel so uncomfortable that I chose to leave rather than receive my service. I hope management takes this seriously and provides coaching so every client feels welcomed and respected, regardless of their body size.

Price- I did my full arms $35 and brows ar $20 not including the 20% off from Yelp. For the Reno area and what felt to be higher end products she used I found it to be a good value. Service- this is a one-woman shop but I found the technician sweet charming and genuine. She seems to have a very strong focus on the best care possible which I can appreciate.
