We all ordered Patty's choice that comes with bacon, sausage or ham, 2 eggs, biscuit or toast & gravy. I got my eggs over easy with the biscuits and gravy. Other people in my party got their eggs scrambled and over hard. I enjoyed my eggs and bacon. The biscuits were made from scratch but were a little hard for my taste.
