I do my research on a a lot of things, but as a new homeowner there are many more things that I don't know, than things I do. Working with someone with high integrity, who wants to get the job done right, but who also isn't trying to get you to spend more money than you need is important. That's what you get with Ruach. I'd highly recommend them home remediation (flood/ sewage clean up) and plumbing jobs and I'm even planning to use them for future home projects.

Ashley is that rare contractor who listens, researches, and gets it right. She never fakes confidence or brushes off questions. If something needed clarification, she took the time to find the right answer and came back prepared. The project included a full teardown and rebuild; new floors, walls, ceilings with recessed lighting, a rebuilt bathroom, new doors, a hidden electrical panel access, and a framed portal with a small door for crawl space access. In the middle of it all, a tree fell on our garage. Ashley handled everything. She called an inspector, worked with our insurance, and had the roof fixed in under a week. Thanks to her, it was barely a blip in the process. Her crew was professional, efficient, and always friendly. Sara, her right-hand woman, deserves a shout-out for her upbeat attitude and Halloween enthusiasm. It was my first time working with a female general contractor, and it completely changed my expectations. Ashley's care, communication, and eye for detail are unmatched. I've already recommended her to friends who were just as happy. Photos attached

The company takes pride in its work and DOES sweat the details (in a good way!), ensuring there are no surprises when it comes to functionality, aesthetics, schedule, and costs. Their pricing was fair, and as someone who is a value-conscious consumer, I felt like the quality of the work - not to mention the ease of working with them - was tremendous for the price paid. They also were simply pleasant to have in our home for the better part of three months; they were always incredibly prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and treated our entire family, including kids and cats, with a lot of care. At one point they even helped me push my stuck car out of the mud I'd parked in to free up spots for their trucks. I'm also including some photos so you can see the quality of their work.
