Oh man!! Where do I start. I'll start off by saying I want to give this place a 5 star, however I came across a few moments where the service was nice but smiles lacked and very quick and low talking to where I couldn't understand somethings but was able to figure it out. My husband and I came to the drift spa on a staycation at the palms place. Ideally your not able to usually check in to your room until about 4p but early check in was available by 12:30p. We were very pleased to hear such words. I mean who doesn't want to check in their room earlier then expected!!! We had an hour to kill but had reservations for the spa anyway so we went up to start our relaxation. The entrance was fairly big, obviously very quiet and with great ambience. Women to the left and men to the right, we split off and were introduced to guidance tour. To which were were shown around and explained what we could do and for how long. You begin with given a locker, it has a 4 digit code to you liking easy to do with a robe inside. There is two dressing rooms, there is two side to where you can blow dry your hair and use lotion, hair spray etc bathrooms to follow with showers. Plenty stocked towels, shower gel, razors and more! Walking down the hallway you will have your jacuzzi room with a cold dipping pool. Not to mention the sauna and steam room! Holy crap I almost died and went to heaven! The colors were very cooling and had a relaxing vibe. Ahead was a quiet room where you wait to be called for your massage. I waited a whole 5min before meeting Michelle! This woman had great talent, I had very short and sweet conversation she did everything to my liking. I think it was an hour massage but honestly it felt longer!!! So Id say that was a score. Shortly after I met my husband in the co Ed steam room but didn't care to much for it. It felt kind of dirty, but definitely a cool place to experience. I went back to the women spa side and relaxed for two hours enjoying the steam room and other amenities! High five to the drift spa! I seriously cannot wait to come back! read more

If you opt to go with this route, make sure to book an appointment in advance!! Arrived early at the Palms Place before check-in so I decided to check the amenities offered. Drift Spa is part fitness center, pilates, sauna & tanning. Also has a salon called Recharge. It's on the same floor as Café 6 and outdoor pool. The fitness center is free to use for guests staying at the hotel but the spa section is extra $25 bucks for a day access. I decided to try the following day and for me, it was worth it! I woke up early from a hangover so this was a logical cure & recovery for my body :) Walked in the spa and the attendant immediately greeted and directed me to the locker room. He demonstrated how to operate the locks and offered either bathrobe or towels. I opted for the robe of course because they just looked so plush and comfortable. Then offered a tour of the spa but I already had a sneak peek the day before. The spa was large & had many different sections: 1) Steam room & sauna by the soaking pool. There was also another large co-ed steam room called Hammam. It was so relaxing and spacious! Took a quick nap in there and the powerful steam really helped sweat out the alchohol...lol. 2) Indoor hot & cold soaking pools. I prefer the hot one. It had jet massagers for your feet, shoulders and back. 3) Indoor & outdoor garden lounges w/ complimentary fruits and juices. The outdoor lounge had a nice skyline view and breezy. 4) The fitness center was nicely equipped too. Several different cardio machines including elliptical, cycling & treadmills facing city view. Good amount of free weights and nice selection of Precor machines. The spa of course, offers facials, massages, mani & pedi and other relaxation services which I didn't try so this review is only for the facility. It was modern, clean and staff was friendly. Came here on a Groupon, and the whole process of booking an appointment was without hassle! Got there and paid the required and spelled-out gratuity fee, then we were taken back to our respective gender locker rooms. We got a tour, shoes the lockers and the rest of the facilities by a friendly attendant, and then I was left to either start "spa-ing" or wait in the lounge area for my massage appointment. I didn't give myself a ton of time ahead of my appointment, so I lounged, watched Tv, and snacked on granola and water. My massage therapist, Sofia, was terrific: great, firm pressure, and was good about checking if the pressure was ok. Definitely a top 10 massage from my lifetime of massages! After the massage, I got to float back and forth between the co-ed Hassam sauna, and the gender-only hot tub, cold pool, and dry and wet saunas. I loved that they had towels everywhere ready for you, and my favorite was the moist face cloths on ice available - very refreshing! For a high end strip spa, I almost expect pristine facilities, but I saw a few little bugs flying around in the showers and hairs in the drain of what we're supposed to be clean and ready-to-go shower stalls. read more

The services were outstanding. I had jonathon i believe give me a Swedish massage im glad i didn't pay extra for the deep tissue because he had very firm pressure and got so many knots out. I was super relaxed with him and he asked where i wanted more attention on which i enjoy when they do this. My facial the girl i felt like i knew her for years great conversation the entire time she didn't try to upsell me any product etc. my face felt so refreshed and clean afterward. The staff was super kind. I'm giving this 4 stars for the facility, the chairs all had tears in the pool room, the mini pool itself had nasty green looking stains which grossed me out. My husband had services done as well and he had staff wait on him bring him drinks towels etc in the locker room mine didn't which i didn't mind being left alone. They offered chilled towels which is amazing. The hammam is a huge plus and minty smell which is always relaxing. While i was drying my hair a girl was on her cell phone speaker face timing someone and she was posing for them topless. There were signs everywhere no cell phones allowed and i was very uncomfortable while she was openly doing this. I tried not to make eye contact but i really didn't want to see you FaceTime your significant other topless not cool. Not cool especially in a spa relaxing atmosphere. LIVINGGGG FOR THIS PLACEEEE We were staying at the palms and decided to spoil ourselves on dinner. Later that night I thought to myself how should I spoil us some more. Used the power of Yelp! to find that next door at the palms place there was a spa. I was upset at first that the palms didn't have one. But hey, what's a small walk next door. Plus there is a bridge connecting both hotels so you don't have to actually go outside. We had 10am appointments for a couples massage. We got there at 9:30. We didn't have to wait. The girl who checked us in was very friendly. She told us we could go relax in the spa until our appts were ready. We got some fruit and cucumber water in the lounge and got a tour by the ever so friendly Xavier. He gave us a tour of the place and made sure we had everything we needed. After that we got a couples massage by John & Jennifer. I had Jennifer and she was AH-MAY-ZING. So professional and relaxing. It was a full body massage so leaving that place I felt like jello and every part of my body was relaxed for once. So thank you Jennifer and John. Thank you for making this staycation even that more relaxing. After the massages, we relaxed in the hot tub and just drifted away. The steam room was great. Really helped open up my lungs and breath better. This place is amazing. I hope if you are at the Palms or Palms Place you choose to try this place. Prices are very reasonable. I finished a massage earlier and it was a really nice. This was my second time at the spa and it was wonderful. Last time I was here at the summer, so I could really enjoy the full facility, including their gorgeous outdoor pool. Today was freezing, so the jacuzzi was super nice as well as the Hammam. The place is always neat and clean, they have complimentary drinks, fruits and some snacks. The massage was good, not excellent. I've had better. They also request you'll tip 20% which is high, though expected. I appreciate places that let you choose how much you want to tip, rather than set it for you. Overall - a good experience! read more

The massage was amazing and I was very happy. Service overall is very friendly. Comfy robes, soft towels, nice showers and dressing area, great vanity area. However, the Spa is in dire need of a renovation. Pools, Steam Room and Sauna are outdated, tiles are cracked, fixtures and furniture worn out. I also wish there was a larger communal area, as the only place for male/female to meet is one large steam room in the middle. It was unfortunate that my husband and I couldn't really enjoy this together. Also, the quiet room has no daybeds or other opportunity to lay down. Every so often it's necessary to go all out and treat yourself. I had heard about Drift Spa from a friend and decided to book a massage to check it out. Located in Palms Place, next to the outdoor pool, this place offers massages, facials, a woman's only sauna section, and lots more. I got the deep tissue massage. It was quite pricey, but they include the 20% tip in the total price and waive the entry fee. Guests get access to the sauna area all day with this as well. I'm addicted to getting massages. Since I've had lots of back problems, I'm a bit of an expert on knowing good massage for therapeutic/sports injury purposes. This massage was okay. Nothing great, but I'm a little picky. The staff was friendly enough, but at times they didn't seem all that excited to be there. I get it, buddies! Watching everyone relax all day doesn't mean you get to relax. Overall, for the price and service, I would say this place is fine. If I had deep pockets, I would certainly come back. I don't, though, so who knows if I will make it back. read more

As a big girl I pay close attention to customer in establishments like these. Some times they aren't as welcoming and nice if your not skinny as a damn tooth pick. Well this spa was awesome to say the least. The staff was amazingly accommodating and my services (full body massage and facial) were immaculate! The facility is awesome as well. The seal I got on travel zoo saved me Lots of money which added a cherry on top of it all. It was clean and tidy. I was even able to dit the robes!! Heeyyyyyy!!! First off I'd like to point out that I'm a Las Vegas local and enjoy spa days around different hotels. I have yet to post about one of my spa experiences, although some do deserve the credit of being so great. Unfortunately Im taking the time to post about this spa for the fact of my negative experience. After reading the information about the co-Ed area online, I thought the combo of a couples massage and getting to relax with my husband would be nice. MISLEADING INFO is all I can tell you. The only Co-Ed area is basically a steam room, no jacuzzi or pool area like the picture. The massage was the best part of the experience, ok, but not fantastic. The facility itself is disgusting. I read the reviews other people left recently and they must have missed all the mold in the showers that you wash off in and missed stepping on the drain that isn't secured where you can trip or literally fall into. I told one of the tenants in the spa area to come look as I shined a light and revealed the disgusting walls and floors with the broken drain and they said they were sorry and will notify management. At checkout, I expected an apology for almost slicing my foot open on the drain and for the awful mold in the showers which are known for making people sick. Nope, no apology by management or any acknowledgement while my credit card was charged. My total was around $550 and that's after my locals discount. I felt I couldn't leave without addressing how unhappy I was especially since I'm pregnant and have to take extra precaution. The end result was a manager came over and comped $100 for my negative experience. In my opinion I should have been comped another spa day at a facility that is clean and makes you feel warm and welcome. Drift is owned by station casinos which has many other spas that are actually classy and pretty clean. Big FAIL on DRIFT!!! I know a picture would have been ideal to prove what I am saying is true but I hope me taking the time to write this review will make them clean up their act. I got a travelzoo deal since I went with a few of my friends for a bachelorette weekend. It was a pretty good deal so I decided to spring for both services, massage and facial. You will have full access to the pool and other spa amenities when you purchase their services. What surprised me is that they topped on 20% for the gratuity automatically. It was off the regular price services and not the discounted price. I was on a major budget so an extra $50 bucks is a lot to add on unexpectedly. If I knew then I probably would've only had one of their services. The spa was clean and everyone was friendly. Full access to all the amenities was great. Drift spa at the Palms was an enjoyable, relaxing experience. The facility is extremely clean, various amenities provided (hygiene products, water, tea, towels, etc.) , and you are able to stay as long as you like. The hammam and lounge areas, as well as the indoor jacuzzi and sauna are well maintained and make your stay inviting and feel at home. Other than the facility however, the massage I had was not good, way overpriced, and compares even worse than that of a $20 asian chair massage. You can pay extra for a deep tissue massage, but even that is disappointing. I don't recommend the massage here and don't think I would be back for one, but if you really need one, I would go down the street to the asian massage spots, save about $100-200+ and come back here if you are looking to spend a nice afternoon at their facility for some hammam relaxation; for that I think it's a good spot. read more

So decided to bring the ladies of my life here for some pampering. Over all a very good experience, mother and sister in law got 50 min swedish massages my wife (like always!) upgraded to deep tissue ($35extra) and absolutely loved it. We all the travelzoo deal so we hung out at the pool during most of the day, which for me was probably the highlight of my experience, since it was mid week the pool area was almost empty so plenty of space to choose from. The pool attendants where super nice and came around all the time (since there was like no one there!) but hey didn't bother us, another round please! Ordered some fool and it was great! I am very particular with massages so I opted for a facial instead...it was ok...I'm very familiar with facials and 50 minutes in my opinion is never enough, however with the time she had I thought the esthetician did a very good job. I was satisfied, was no the best but definitely not the worst either. The actual spa area is a little on the smaller compared to other spas we have visited but they were clean which to me is most important. Dry sauna, jacuzzi and cold dip all awesome! The hamman was an interesting experience; nice to be able to spend some time with the wife. Over all I was satisfied. Purchased a groupon for a 50-minute Swedish massage. They refused to take my Groupon because it wasn't mentioned at the time of my booking. They said it was stated on the Groupon that I had to mention that I purchased the groupon at time of purchase. We both checked the "fine print" section and nothing was stated about that. I spoke with the manager and she said I could not use the groupon. It's basically a bait-and-switch tactic to get you to purchase the Groupon and then they charge you full price. Ridiculous. Plus there was an extra 20% for nothing. And that's on top of the tip. This place is a scam. Groupon should be notified of their practices because this ruins the good name of Groupons reputation. This is supposed to be a spa to relax people but this interaction was far from soothing. Will never go to this place. There are so many other spas on the strip which have far superior customer service. I spoke with 2 different people at Drift and neither were helpful. I don't know how customer service can be this poor at a spa.its Vegas! Hire a customer service representative with conflict resolution experience instead of people who just make up their own rules as they feel like on that day. They were clean and the locker rooms were fairly large. My massage and facial were standard - not great but not bad at all. Damn, this place is nice. I got a livingsocial deal for pilates class. As part of the deal, I get access to drift spa, since the class was located in their facility. This spa is freakin' awesome. It's pretty clean and not that busy. There's a spa, steam room, and a sauna inside the guy's locker. There's also their Hannan room, which is a co-ed steam room that is surprisingly relaxing. There's plenty of bottled water for your enjoyment, as well as, fruits, juice, coffee, and trail mix. The gym upstairs has new equipment and there's also a tanning salon here. There's private showers/changing area which is a plus. Overall I had pleasant experiences here. read more

We had a very large group and all opted for the Swedish massage. All in our group enjoyed the facility. The facial was lovely. HOWEVER, all agreed that their massage therapist all tried up sell them with extra "massage pressure". It started with What type of pressure do you like? Moderate I replied. Well anything more than mild pressure is deep tissue and will be $30 more said the therapist. What spa calls a full price massage mild pressure. It does not seem like one rogue therapist trying to sell more even when you are already paying for a service well over $140. It does seem like a company policy sanctioned by the Spa. What we all left with was the feeling of a toddler applying lotion very lovingly but horrendously with no appreciable pressure. Fair warning do not get anything less than deep tissue otherwise a complete waste of time and money. I hope the Spa can address this review and depend be able to defend their position. I came here with a Groupon and I'm so glad I did because then I would have never discovered this gem! I got a Swedish massage which was SO relaxing. I normally do deep tissue, so this was the perfect massage to just totally make me melt. I have very sensitive skin, and the oils she used were so nice and moisturizing. After my massage, I had a lot of time to just relax since my sister was getting a facial. So, I stripped down (it's clothing optional in the wet spa) and alternated between the hot and cold tubs. (Of note: I was the only person there who wasn't wearing a suit. I'm cool being naked so I went for it.) I also went into the dry sauna. They had small towels on ice so I was able to bring that into the sauna and keep my face cool. At some point I also grabbed a banana from the quiet room, where they have super comfy chairs and some small snacks and drinks to choose from. I was drowsy after all that, so I laid down on one of the loungers and ended up falling asleep! The locker rooms are so nice. They have pretty much everything you need to get ready after your time at the spa. I honestly felt incredible after I left. I was so relaxed and my skin was so soft and I just felt so refreshed. I use to live at the palms Place and I was always at the gym spa sauna ! They always have fresh cucumber water on every corner ! There sauna works amazing and the Hammon is way better then a steam room big open co Ed room, so steamy in there you can't even see the men (which I never see)! I got a massage from a male and he was good with his hands. Only reason for 4 stars is because they charge a extra 20$ for a harder deeper massage! I also wish the room was a tad bit more glamour. First I want to start with the positive. I have been to this spa multiple times with my wife and they do have some great masseuses that do give some phenomenal massages. We have both enjoyed all of the massages. The waiting area and the showers are dated and definitely need some good deep cleaning (especially the showers), but it looks aged more than dirty. Now for the negative. We are Vegas locals and often purchase some of the great deals on Groupon and Travel Zoo. We recently purchased a Travel Zoo and have tried multiple times to book a massage for this weekend that they are denying. They are saying they do not have any openings, however if we are willing to pay full price, they will in turn book us. Essentially if you want to pay retail they will accommodate you. If you are wanting to use Travel Zoo or Groupon, which they are using to get business, they will not accept it. Bottom line is it is a decent spa with great massages, but unless you are willing to pay full price they will not help you. read more

We arrived in the morning and left at 11am For lunch. Hammam was in operation. We return at 5 and it's dry and wiped down. What happened? According to staff, first it was "broken" then it was going thru "maintenance". I just find this odd since everything was working earlier in the day and why different stories? Booking an appointment was a nightmare. Between being on hold for extended periods and then struggling to understand the menu (my friend kept asking for a body scrub, but had a hard time getting it across with the staff member) if we didn't already by a package we would have taken our business elsewhere. Second time to this spa and I'm from Los Angeles. We find deals on travelzoo.com! Last year we got $75 for one massage, this year we switched it up and got $75 for a 50-minute facial. You can choose between the signature or the gentleman's facial. You can also upgrade at the spa if you'd like, but it was $30 more to get the deep pore cleansing. I had Aja for my facial, and it was my first facial!! It was amazing, and organic, haha. She took the time to ask if I was doing ok. In the beginning she asked what kind of skin I have so she could tailor the ingredients. I will definitely come back on my next trip! This place is a complete rip off, I would avoid it at all cost unless you love throwing your money away. This place shouldn't even be called a spa, the rooms and pools don't look like they are cleaned or sanitized correctly. There were globs of hair floating around in the pool area, the noise volume was not enforced throughout the spa so you would get groups of women talking and laughing super loud, nothing relaxing about it. The grout on the ground was green and looked like mildew. They charged the most ridiculous gratuity and don't tell you it's mandatory until after your there to check in. I want to say I paid between $60-$80!!! Garbage. Then to top it off the other reviews are right. These woman lather you in oil barley touching you and call that a massage. I get massages multiple times a year from high end spas and this was the grossest and worst massage I've ever had. When I complained about the lack of pressure, they told me that was an extra fee. Great spa! I'm a spa enthusiast, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I've been to nicer facilities, but the staff is what makes this one stand out. Everyone is SO nice and accommodating which as a guest makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a massage (Travelzoo voucher) yesterday and had such a great experience that I went back today for a signature facial and gladly paid full price. The products used during the facial were all organic and smelled so; I'm very sensitive to smells and these were luxurious and natural products which I appreciated. My therapist, Rene, was one of the best I've ever had. She's super sweet and professional with an amazing touch! When you book a treatment, you're allowed to use the whole facility all day. The facility is very nice and relaxing. Day one I enjoyed the spa hot and cold baths, steam room and the Hammam. I will say on day two some larger groups were quite loud which prevented relaxation; I wish the staff had asked them to be quiet as they were annoying me and many other guests. I came to Drift as a guest of the Palms Resort. For guests the day pass is $15, and $30 I believe for visitors. If you go, here is what you need to know, because this is going to be the best $15/$30 you have ever spent. You will get a cozy snuggly bathrobe, slippers and a locker and access to their dry sauna, steam room, a huge soaking hot tub, and a cold soaking tub as well as the hammam. I was told to start off with the dry sauna then soak in the hot tub, then the hammam then the super hot steam room, and finish with the cold soak. I felt fabulous. There are plenty of lounge chairs all around the hot tub so come when you can spend some time just relaxing. There is also a separate lounge room with magazines, water and juices as well as fresh fruit (apples, oranges and bananas) and trail mix too keep your energy up. (This is all FREE as part of your entrance fee!) The hamman is not as hot as the smaller steam room so bring your towel and hang out in there for a while. It's a huge steamy tiled circular room with built-in benches all around. In the middle is a very large sort of table/bench you can beach yourself on. When I went it was completely empty so I had the whole table to myself. If you get too hot, in the corner is a little cove with a cold water shower. Next to the steam room and hot tub is anm iced water dispenser with sliced cucumbers (delightful!) and a bucket of ice with rolled up face cloths for you to keep cool with. There are also plenty of bottles of water available everywhere as well as extra towels. Lastly, the showers are fantastic. Your little shower room comes with YOUR OWN high quality disposable razor, shaving cream, and luscious smelling shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. When it's time to get dressed you can do your hair and make-up with complementary hair products and a really good blow dryer. They scrimp on nothing here and you get so much more than your money's worth. If you live in Vegas, this is a great way to pamper yourself and have a spa day on the cheap and if you're just visiting I suggest going like I did on check out day -especially if you have a late flight, just check out but at front desk, you can still take advantage of the pool and spa and still have a place to get to get showered and changed. I went here with a Groupon for a facial and a massage. It was extremely relaxing and the services were great. But there were a couple of things that stood out in my mind that were 'different' from what I would expect. 1) They only had cold water located in one fridge located in their "lounge". And "lounge" is an overstatement for me b/c all the chairs were more like cushy doctor office chairs. There were no lounge chairs where you could lay down or sprawl out or nap or read. 2) Which brings me here, other than the rooms where your service was performed, there was no place to rest or nap???? ,The chairs in the lounge were just that, fully upright chairs and the chairs by the pool didn't fully recline either. They were actually quite uncomfortable. And it's surrounded by windows, so it's not dark or dimly lit which is more preferable for me for nap time! I like to relax dang it. 3) It's a hike to get to this place, so put on your walking shoes. 4) Some lady stole my flip flops when I was "attempting to lounge" in one of their uncomfortable chairs. I couldn't find any attendants to help me with new ones so I walked around barefoot. Also, I wear a size 6, pretty freaking small feet so this perpetrator should've been captured fairly easily! 5) Screaming and Crying kids. Sorry to the mom's out there, but don't bring your freaking kids to a SPA. Some lady had brought her son with her, which I personally found highly inappropriate, and then he started screaming and carrying on until [get this] she openly started BREAST feeding him in the public area- like BOOB. I'm ok with boobs at the spa, but there were MEN there too. Kids just don't belong at a SPA, especially really young kids. Get someone else to watch them or don't go. It affected my experience and I know others as well were looking around like WTF is going on here??? The manager, did finally come over and told her to get going with this nonsense b/c it was starting to affect other guests. 6) No hair brushes. After my services I was meeting friends at Simon for dinner. So I showered, washed my hair, changed, etc. Went to go dry my hair and could not locate a brush nor a comb. Went on a 3 or 4 min walk around, still didn't see any, was looking for attendant to help-didn't see any of those either. So, I blew dry my hair w/out a brush. As I was doing this, another lady is opening drawers looking around, and was also looking for, you guessed it, a brush!!! I explained to her that I had no luck either. kinda weird for me So here is my favorite part of any review: Would I go back???? Probably not. If I'm going to spend my money and attempt to RELAXI still enjoy the HardRock spa or the M Resort, for me it's more full service. read more

I visited this spa last year when we took a girls trip and stayed in the Barbie suite. The people at the front desk were lovely. If you need something from the staff actually inside, forget it. I didn't get a robe when I first came in and there was no one there to help me. Then when I asked for instructions on how to use this shower the girl told me she didn't know how either and then made it seem like it was a big deal for her to help me. I then went to explore the different areas of the spa. when I was walking on the hallway one of the staff members came up to me and asked me if I was lost or if there's something that I needed. clearly I was just looking at different areas of the spa and they were extremely rude about it. Later on I was telling one of the girls in my party about how they were being rude to me and the staff attendant came up and said I was the one that was rude to you. She clearly was trying to get my face and start something about it. I felt so uncomfortable. When I went to go check out I told the girls at the front counter about my experience. I was so upset I felt like I wanted to cry but I didn't want to get a refund that wasn't the point. Anyway I really wouldn't recommend this spa unless you want to be made to feel uncomfortable. read more

Visited the Drift Spa yesterday for a couples massage with my fiancé. Upon arriving to the spa, we walked up to the counter. There were two attendants at the counter. A young lady with dark hair was assisting a customer and a guy that was standing against a door and leaning his head on it. He did not make eye contact. Awkward to say the very least. We waited in line for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged the entire time until it was our turn to be assisted by the female attendant. She checked us in and pointed us in the direction of the men and women entrances. I've been to very many spas and by far, this was the most awkward check in experience ever. I'm still not sure what the role of the male was at the desk and the female isn't the usual warm, friendly and professional people that I'm used to when entering a spa. From a customer service stand point, first impressions are everything. Does management not care about the customer experience these days? After the awkward check in process, the attendant that toured me around the spa was very nice and professional. The massage therapist was equally nice and my 80 minute Swedish massage was good. After dishing out over $450, don't think I will spend anymore money here. PROS: Nice attendants. The hammam is great for couples. The facility is clean. The massage therapist was professional. CONS: Beside the hammam and the pool (which is located just outside the spa), there was really no other place to hang out with spouse. The "Quiet Room"/lounge area was extremely loud with ladies chit chatting as if they were in a bar-staff doesn't enforce the that this is a "quiet room". Amenities usually readily available in spas were available upon request such as razors, brushes, etc. That was a major disappointment. The women area in general was just very loud and not very relaxing. This place has the potential to be a high end spa, but just doesn't make the cut. I'll be spending my money at Aria's spa where the customer service is impeccable. My 3 stars is for the massage and the friendliness and professionalism of the attendants. read more

There are undoubtedly many excellent spas in Vegas. We chose this one because it offers the typical services but also has a hammam. The hammam is a group area that allows co-ed mingling in a sauna environment. Its filled with steam and tiny pinpoints of light filter through like stars. The spacious tiled room has alcoves for individuals and a large area in the center for lolling around. While fun in any city, this is ideal for Vegas. The desert heat blasts you outside. Air conditioning blasts in every lobby, every hotel room. Add that to the excessive sinning and you've got severely dehydrated, dizzy people. Enter the Palms So why not spend some more time chilling out in a warm, relaxing, co-ed environment? No reason. Go. read more
