My daughter and I enjoyed a "couples" massage because I found a Groupon. Without purchasing the Groupon the woman who greeted us acknowledged the Groupon and matched the price. The massage was absolutely heavenly, and I am someone who needs therapeutic massages and wanted to just relax and that is exactly what we did. After getting up from the table I told my daughter we should probably get facials too. So I asked the woman if there was time for facials and she prepped the same room and brought us back for facials almost immediately. I will absolutely go back. read more

Jason and Chloe are rockstars. I especially like Jason as I can tell, he has a wealth of experience. Perfect pressure and perfect warm towel and hot stone usage. It's so comfortable you will never want it to end! If you pre-pay $500 you get 625 in credit!! read more

I've come here for multiple massages now and can say this is my favorite spa. I've been to a few different places for a massage and I either feel pushed to upgrade, my body hurts afterwards, or the service is lacking. I don't have any of those concerns here! Everyone is friendly, I always feel relaxed, and my body feels better after a massage here! I've also had a facial done here once before and that was also really nice. I'd definitely recommend Avalon for a relaxing experience! read more

I was traveling to Las Vegas and needed to get a massage. I found this on Groupon and look at the reviews. I went and sign up for deep massage . Make sure you drink plenty of water before and after. I had a male to perform this task. He was very good. Be prepare for deep tissue massage. You must be able to handle the pressure. I highly recommend this place. read more

We went in for a couples massage and let me just say this was probably the best massage I have received in a very long time. Both me and my BF were so impressed and we get massages often. Alex and Rose were our massage therapists and they were both exceptional. We will be back soon! read more

Found a great Groupon deal for couples swedish rock massage and salt therapy..massage was wonderful and staff were nice and very calm. Walked in and was placed in our room right away. Massage perfect pressure and massage therapist was very respectful and discreet. Salt therapy was a booth, not quite what I was thinking it would be but very relaxing and calming. Weekend trip to Vegas and the massage was the cherry on top after a long weekend of events and long nights. Perfect plans for the last day of our vacation. read more

I found this spot on Groupon. It was easy to book and find. Not to far from the Las Vegas strip. The prices were good and the services that my husband and I received was great. We received a couples massage before leaving to fly back home. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to relax after all that walking. read more

Great massage. Nice people. On time, professional and relaxant experience. Would definately go again.

I booked the steam treatment body scrub with infrared body wrap and added a spa pedicure. I had a great time! The steam treatment body scrub came with a massage before the scrubbing. Turns out I could have gone with a higher temp for the infrared body wrap since I didn't sweat. It was really nice and warm and comfy. I didn't realize it should be hotter. Noted for next time. The spa pedicure was such a treat. I went with the gel upgrade for an additional $10. The service from check in to the body treatment and pedicure were all great. I was able to add tip on my credit card so I didn't need to bring cash for the tip. I look forward to coming back for other services at this spa. read more

Good customer service. Cute inside. They need to put the air conditioner on. First time during a massage I couldn't relax and had to take the towel off my head. Way too hot in there. Woman who gave me my massage never got around to massaging the front of my legs? It wasn't a 60 min massage which I paid for. Between the masseuses leaving the room several times during the massage and ending at 5 minutes too it was probably closer to 45-50 min massage. I bought a Groupon and showed the receptionist before the massage. When I was done she tried to charge me for the massage knowing I had a Groupon. Also made me feel uncomfortable about the tip and asked if I wanted to tip on the pre Groupon rate. They need to tell employees/customers to be quiet or turn the spa music up higher. When you're relaxing you don't want to hear constant doors slamming and people talking in the hallway. I'd try elsewhere. Good prices but you get what you pay for. read more

My husband and I went for the couple massage and foot scrub. The price was reasonable. The place was easy to find. The room was excellent and very clean. The calming atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and polite to us. I never had a full body massage before. I see why they have 5 star reviews. I will be back!! read more

Today I try the Avalon the lady is not good at all. I told her . I need more pressure to my feet. At end her didn't do it at all . I ask for deep tissue massage. Her just doesn't do good job. . I'm from San Francisco. Very disappointed. read more

I really enjoyed my time here. I was overdue for some self-time and booked the 1 hr massage and 1hr facial. I booked my appointments online and it was quick and efficient. My massage was great, as well as the facial! I am already looking into when I can come back. They also have a punch card for us loyal ones! You can add tip on the credit card machine- you will get a form to fill out before your spa experience and it will ask around what tip you will leave. read more

Great establishment. Very warm and inviting. Very aum feeling. Soft music playing, and very low lighting, very relaxing. The massage room itself was also very nice. Very clean, the beds were made up for us. We did a couples massage. They had stand-up saunas. If I had one critique it would be that the hot stones, oils, and steamed towels should all be in the same room versus having the masseuse's constantly leaving to retrieve them. That's why the four stars. Also, don't be afraid to ask your masseuse to really get into those muscles during a deep tissue. Great place! read more

We had a 90 min couples massage and wife had a 30 min facial. One of the most therapeutic massages I've ever had. We had ours at 9AM to start the day. We had loose plans afterwards but the massage was so deep it released many toxins we camped out and watched chick flicks in the hotel all day. We never left even for dinner. It was a much needed down day. Only thing was the masseuse never introduced themselves nor asked before we got started the typical questions. But it was great and we will go back when in town. read more

I booked a couples massage on Groupon, and went a couple of days ago. My review isn't as high because it was an uncomfortable experience. Both of the massage therapists were sick? It was worse for my boyfriend because apparently his masseuse coughed a lot when he was asked to face up. We wish they wore masks or something at least. In terms of pressure, I requested for deep pressure on my back with the paper they handed us, but didn't get it until I verbally asked for it midway through the hour. I don't think they had time to glance at the paper they gave us. Anyway, I kind of feel bad for the massage therapists because they just seemed tired and sick. I will say that the hospitality was nice- they gave us water at the end and were super cordial and polite. read more

They were very nice and welcoming. It was very relaxing but I wouldn't say it was a massage it was more like a nice rub down. I didn't leave there in better shape then I came in but it was mainly my back they whole time with the same motion over and over. But if your someone who doesn't like more then a rub and your main focus is your back. You will love it. They staff was very nice and welcoming. Just not really satisfied with the work. read more

Loved the massage and salt foot scrub. Pressure was perfect, hot stones were wonderful. Used Groupon. Will be back.

An exceptional Valentine's Day treat! Came here with my beau for a nice, relaxing massage before dinner and it was so worth it. At check in, they provide you with a sheet that is super informative for your masseuse. It allows you to select areas to focus on and how much pressure you want, as well as an opportunity to warn them about any "no touch" areas or previous injury sites. The massage itself was phenomenal. These are without a doubt, trained massage technicians; they even have their licenses available which you cannot say about every massage salon in Vegas. Before leaving, I had to be sure to pick up a brochure so I don't forget where I can get a great massage in another 3-4 months. read more

Yes I would recommend this business the massage was good and the service was good for the price point.

Wonderfully delightful!! They staff is super helpful and friendly!! My partner and I had two different services but were able to stay together. We are new to the area and were looking for a reasonable place to get a couples massage. This was 30 minutes from our house but was a great price, so we decided to give it try. We are so glad that we did. The establishment is incredibly clean and the staff is so friendly. The massages were 5 Star and more than I had even imagined. I left relaxed and all my muscles were treated! Highly recommend! read more

Came here for an hour massage. Arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Filled out paperwork detailing type of pressure I wanted, how often I receive massages, age etc. once completed was escorted to massage room. The massage itself was lacking luster, it basically was a full body rub down. Pressure was ok, but no massage techniques were used. I give them great customer service (greeting. Welcoming) and vibe of spa. But the quality of the massage was not there. read more

My husband and I booked through Groupon for a deep tissue hot stone massage. We went this weekend 02/07/26. A man ended up massaging me and a woman was for my husband. It was supposed to be a relaxing day to destress. Instead, I was tensed and on edge and alert the whole time due to several incidents, it started when he started massaging my back. He would massage the side of my ribs (inside my armpits) and I felt uncomfortable because that was too close to my side boob. Then when he was massaging my back and glutes he put his fingers in my buttcrack several times, I lift my head up and he asked if everything was ok, I said no, can you not touch my buttcrack. He then acts like he doesn't know what I'm saying and the female masseuse tells him something in their language and they both walk out. Then they come back in and continue, but I felt like he felt offended because he then started throwing the wet towel on my back and it didn't feel relaxing anymore. When it was time to turn on my back, I don't have a bra on, there's a thin sort of see through sheet on me and a thin brown blanket, once he was done massaging my arms each time, he's by my head and he lifts both the sheet and blanket to place my arms in, I was speechless, my bare breasts are exposed. I thought the first arm was an accident and then he did it with the second arm, At this point I place the sheet under both sides of my body. But it was too late, the massage was done. Worst experience ever. Also to add, several times while face down, there was a lot of whispering of other people walking in our massage room and talking to them. I just kept hearing the door open and close several times and talking, I'm like this is supposed to be relaxing and it's not. read more

I got a massage here and it was fantastic! I've only had a few massages in my life, so I may not be the best reviewer, but my masseuse was great and worked through all my neck and shoulder tension. I definitely was in a post massage relaxation high for a long time afterwards. It was an amazing value for the service and I will definitely be coming back! The interior isn't the fanciest but it still is nice and for the price it cannot be beat. Highly recommend. read more

We came across this place via Groupon and it was a great deal. When we walked in, it was really dark and there were incense burning. I have allergies and am sensitive to incense, so I'd prefer if they didn't do this throughout the day. The massages for my husband I were okay. It wasn't the best like many of the reviews have stated. I appreciated the massage and honestly feel that since it was with a Groupon, I got what I paid for but I wouldn't come back for a full priced regular massge. The service was good though. I appreciated being able to book and schedule the massage via text. read more

The ladies were amazing, very relaxing. We did the hot stone and deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend this spa.

Excellent experience at Avalon. Needed some relaxation after "Vegasing" last night. This was the perfect place to get my zen back. Enjoyed a wonderful 60 minute couples massage with my husband. The hot stones were part of the massage which most places charge extra but not here. I added in the extra foot massage because my feet needed it. Both masseuses were respectful of our individual needs, hubby didn't need deep massage and I did. Both our needs were met. Kind and welcoming environment. Coming back to Vegas next year and Avalon is already on the calendar! read more

My friends and I decided to have a girls day and got two couples massages. I know the other group of girls loved their massages and said the therapists are awesome but I wanted to write my experience. The rooms were just the right amount of space for a couples massage and the lighting wasn't too dark or bright, just the right amount of ambiance. The massage was the perfect amount of pressure and just when I thought it was over, she started the scalp massage. 10/10 recommend going here and with the deal they were promoting, we will definitely be back. read more

I don't like posting reviews of places that aren't as great of an experience but I will share so people can decide for themselves. We bought a Groupon to get a massage thinking it will be a nice relaxing day to get all the knots out of our bodies and feeling like new. We walked in and it was a nice place and the lady in the front was very friendly which was a good sign, but then they had us fill out a form to tell them where you would like them to focus and stuff like that. But at the bottom of the form they ask how much tip you want to give. I don't remember ever being asked how much tip you want to give up front at any establishment including at any massage parlor. Not that I go very often. All the more reason I hope it's a great experience. I made the mistake of putting a lower amount on the tip. I don't remember what I was thinking but I was thinking I'll be conservative and if it's a great experience I can always give more, I don't to say I'm going to give a lot and then not want to give it by the end. And my wife didn't fill that part out. So when we were getting ready for the massage we could hear them talking outside the door about not expecting to get much tip. Which is fine, in service industries everyone talks about how much tips they get, because that's how they make a living, I get it. So I requested for two female massage therapists but was ok with a guy and a girl too. And that's what we got. Originally the girl was going to work on me and the guy was going to work on my wife but my wife didn't want hers to be too strong so she asked them to switch. Turns out the girl was stronger than the guy, so I didn't really feel like I got the massage I wanted. I wanted them to go deep to get the knots out of certain sections on my body. To be fair, I didn't speak up and ask for what I wanted as they were working. So that's my bad. Lesson number 2. Always ask for what you want instead of regretting it after. But overall we felt like they didn't even really look at our charts to see what we wanted them to work on, they just gave us the basic massage they give to everyone and didn't really apply much pressure so didn't get very deep into our problem areas. Again to be fair I basically circled areas all over my body because I got knots or pains all over but I don't feel like they really worked on any of them. It was a very generic massage and I didn't really feel all that great afterwards. We were both pretty disappointed afterwards. Cus we don't go to get massages very often but when we do we usually come out feeling amazing and refreshed afterwards. Not this time. I don't know if it was because they didn't care to give too much effort because they didn't think they were going to get much tip anyways and we got our package through Groupon or what but was not a very good experience for us this time. Would probably not go back to give it another try. read more

I bought my husband a Groupon for his bday and finally redeemed it a couple months later. Booking was via text, as the phone number didn't seem to work. They respond once a day, I guess, so it can take 24 hours before they respond. A good friend of mine was a massage therapist for some years and there def wasn't much technique here. Like many people say, it's a rub down with oil. It's normally like that with Asian massage places, so that wasn't shocking for me. It fit my husband's needs, however, there was too much talking in the lobby area. I heard some man go on and on about the Albertsons on flamingo, and the hot stones and towels are kept in the hallway so our massages were interrupted with the opening and closing of the door several times. With a 25 tip from each of us, it ended up being 65 each- which isn't terrible. The front desk woman was kind and our massages did start and end on time. Parking was plentiful. read more
