I saw some cute boxes on Pinterest and was going to try to DIY and get balloons but my husband went and got it done from the girls at The Rabbit Hole. He found them through one of our friends who is a florist. Unbeknownst to me, when he came home with the box, I was AMAZED and WOWED by how pretty the box was! (I thought he was just going to get the box and put balloons in it.) It looked way better than anything I could have DIYed or anything I saw on Pinterest!! It made the gender reveal so much more special and memorable because of how wonderful it looked. I called her to ask her for a few photos of linens and chair covers, she took about 3 weeks to respond and sent me one photo. I emailed back, asking her about the other linens and chair cover, and she didn't respond. I called her a few days later and she said she was really busy and would get back to me as soon as possible. I asked for a specific day, like Wednesday, and she said she would email me by then. She also added that I could set up an appointment to see her showroom, a fact that she had neglected to tell me in the first two phone calls and 3 emails I had sent her. She did send a photo by Wednesday, but again, failed to respond to a couple of questions and still left out a photo I was waiting for - a sample of an overlay I had asked about weeks back. I scheduled an appointment with her and she showed me her linens and quoted me at $872 to rent for 19 overlays and 150 chair covers and sashes. I did some research and found an online company that sells linens for about $422 including shipping and after special discount codes they posted on their Twitter site (they always have some sort of promo running!). They are called Linentablecloth and I didn't hesitate to use them, plus they shipped the items quickly. Not only that, I paid less to own, not rent, satin overlays, not polyester, as Angie was quoting me at. Angie was very unprofessional, and it was wearing on me to always hear how busy she was and have to constantly chase after her. Well, in the end, she was 'too busy' to earn my business.

Panic ensued and parents rushed to pull kids out. Two kids fell off the top of the slide area -- one was seriously hurt and had to leave. Others were stuck inside. They were scared and some hurt. All kids were 3-4 years old. Never seen anything like this before. The dads checked the back, and apparently the set up guy didn't zip the back vent for the air. The flap blew off and the entire thing lost air. After it was zipped closed, the house was fine the rest of the party. We have a two year old and almost four year old -- we've seen our share of bounce houses. The level of laziness or recklessness for this to happen is jarring. Use this company at your own risk.
