They have diverse, different varieties of all your party needs and a lot of huge supplies. Including costumes, holiday decor theme items. Hidden gem you'd didn't think to find here. Thru carry Make up art supplies for Halloween or any type of event. They offer lots of items for a huge bargain. I can say it can be like a one shop stop for theme parties and you'd find here an outfit to go with your theme parties. Located in the Anaheim Hills village center. Good amount of parking. Their supposed "refund policy" was never included in the invoice or mentioned at the time of booking. It magically appeared on their website only after I started asking questions. Instead of responding professionally, they deflected blame and claimed I canceled--completely false. I was simply asking for transparency and protection from potential misuse or damage claims for a product I hadn't seen. I've since filed a police report, submitted a BBB complaint, and initiated a credit card dispute. Small claims court is next. I have plenty of receipts to prove they are unprofessional, unethical, and fraudulent! If you're a parent or planning an event, avoid this company. There are too many reputable and honest vendors out there--this is not one of them.

This sets me back over 20 minutes, which is a MASSIVE setback and have to call other spots to tell them I'm going to be late picking up other necessities for the party. I was told the specific one I was looking for was almost double in size than what it actually was. When I arrived and found myself troubled by the size she tried to say she never gave me those dimensions. Luckily I saved my text. When I asked to go down in price since the size was not what was provided she ignored me and had someone else assist me and tell me no. Drove all this way with my son only to walk away empty handed and treated poorly. Definitely won't come back.
