I knew exactly what I wanted for flights, times, airports, airplanes, etc. I'm only giving them 2 stars because they responded to me immediately. They just returned my email with flights, no introduction, no "hi, my name is", nothing. They just kept emailing one flight after another with zero attempt at any pleasantries or interaction. Each flight was crazy expensive or not what I asked for. I asked twice that they call me and provided my number, yet they continued to just email flights. Then, they just stopped all together. Lazy, cold, unprofessional, and ignorant. I found them on Google, that's how businesses are found by new potential customers. Let them cater to their regulars, obviously they don't care to earn new customers.

I just found out (no thanks to Am Ex( that the 5 Star Hotel, The One & Only Ocean Club was closed down because of Hurricane Matthew. Over the past month American Express NEVER NOTIFIED me that the hotel that I pre-paid 8 months ago had closed until my wife figured it out by calling the Hotel. American Express doesn't care and I now have no Christmas vacation with all of the Hotel's and airfare being booked. American Express Travel is disorganized, indifferent and doing nothing to help. There's a lot of interesting and good information, and I liked the people. But.... The first half of the tour is in an old mini bus. The bus has tiny windows, like 4" square, and no air circulation. No fans. No air conditioning. Today was nearly 90 out by 10 am, when our tour started, and temperatures inside the bus got so hot that stepping out felt cool! You don't travel far, and then they stop for 10 minutes to talk about what's out the window. It's brutal. Ironically, the travel distances are so slim most people could walk it. But, just sitting on the bus in the heat? Yuck. The second half is in an old shed where you learn about harvesting. Again, it could be interesting, but it's a good 10° hotter, even with the fans going, and it makes it hard to focus. Or even listen. Better weather would have helped. But, we had an old lady in our tour group nearly pass out, and the guide indicated that that was not uncommon. Heck, complimentary water would be nice. Waters are a dollar. The tour is fifteen. It's all cash only.
