Purchasing a new home is a huge investment/commitment for most people, and I am only presenting my experience with this company, so potential customers can make an informed decision. Per Mitchell Homes, I was supposed to have an 11/12 month visit to correct any issues since the competition/closing of the house (nail pops, drywall cracks, etc). To my knowledge, I haven't been contacted by them. It really doesn't matter to me as I wouldn't let them or their subcontractors touch my house. It just makes me wonder why. Did I miss the phone call, email, or text about this? Or did they not reach out to me for another reason? I don't know the answer.

They gutted the main floor of our 1977 home. We had never done a project that big. Trent and Collin Sorensen (brothers) walked us through every step. They had great recommendations we would never have thought of. And little touches that added a lot. Collin was on site almost every day. That in itself is amazing. Plus, they came in on budget and exactly on time! Their subcontractors are all very competent. Would we hire them again? Absolutely! In fact, we did. A couple months after we moved in we decided to add a portico. It will be great working with them again!
