On top of that, the employees are rude and constantly get into arguments with customers instead of offering any real help. This place is shady, unprofessional, and not a safe environment for anyone. The first review was 5-stars and I love checking out and promoting new businesses, so I stopped by. It's a huge shop right off of Winchester. When walking by it almost seems empty but I'm chalking that up to the new move out of SJ city limits. Once you enter the store you'll see the product displays. I was impressed with the quality selection of their vapes as well as their fair pricing. Danny helped me out- he's super cool and offered lots of good info. FYI- Stay Vaped does delivery (within range). You can also pre-order for pick up. Don't forget to pick up a punch card- when it's full it's worth $11 (I think) off. I'll do delivery next purchase and will update my review then.

It's so sad to see that all these vape shops have all these young people working behind the counters that don't know anything about what they're talking about but today all that ends due to the fact of fatcat smoke shop what an amazing place customer service outstanding , the couple there that runs the place are just amazing people in personality, customer service, oriented, and very professional at their jobs. Specially Nadia. She really came through in a big way for me. I have been researching vaping for the last couple of months and when I came across fatcat vape shop, I was very skeptical and hesitant due to the experiences I've been having at other vape shops, but when talking on the phone with John, I realize that this place cares about their customers and had wide knowledge of my questions and that was very impressive to me anyway awesome place if you're interested in transitioning from smoking to vaping these are the people to see they care they'll answer any questions you have and if they don't know, they will find out. They are very much invested in your health and helping you in the best way they can again folks this is a great place to go. Parking is limited but if you look around there is parking available nice atmosphere wide selection of vape smoke products, awesome location and just a great place to get your essentials for vaping again I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a vaping shop that cares about there customers and we'll go out of their way to make you walk out of their store with a smile on your face these people were awesome and I can't recommended enough. I would give them a 10 stars if I could thanks again gang you guys are awesome and I applaud you and I wish the best for your success and you will see me soon. thanks again, Nadia.
