I called Professional Engine Repair about checking my snowblower which I couldn't get started after…read moreattempting several gas additives to try and clean the carburetor. I spoke with Dylan who suggested I let him take a look at it. The best thing, aside from Dylan getting it working, was his communication with me. I brought it to him and he later called me and told me what he found. He advised a new carburetor would be needed and recommended an oil change as well. He let me know the charge right then and there. When I went to pick it up, he showed me what he had done aside from the carburetor and the oil change which I hadn't expected but was very grateful for. If you're looking for a fair, honest, communicative business to take your equipment to, then Professional Engine Repair should be your first and only call. Thank you once again Dylan.

At first I didn't realize what a great place this was - but time after time I have returned to do ALL of my shipping. Whether that be Christmas gifts, birthday gifts or just prizes or samples I ship out - they have NEVER let me down. The staff here always help you find the fasted most affordable way to ship from you to whoever you are shipping to - anywhere! They can pack and ship it or they will ship what you pack and they do so at the best prices. I always just let them pack my stuff - that way I don't have to worry about a thing! Another great thing about this place - they keep track of all your shipments - what I mean by that - I ship to my son in May - I return - and say - ship this to my son Jon - and they say - the one in Wilmington at such and such a street - that's right - they keep the names and addresses of everyone you ship to - so if you do ANY amount of shipping to the same places - this is GREAT - no need to remember anything or pre-label anything - they do ALL of it for you and they are happy to do so! Next time you are going to ship OR mail something - check them out!
