Derrick came out and conduced a good survey and responded with the fair price, and said he would fix it all like it all had never occurred. He did just that. The excavator arrived as planned, a 2 ton stump was removed. Derrick went and got dirt to replace the voids and rebuild the bank, rock to rebuild the rockery, and helped put it all into place. He was right, it was better than before. His crew were extremely helpful and cordial - a good hard working team that were a pleasant experience to have here. We would not hesitate to contact him with any other such things we'd need help with. Easy to talk to, most cordial and helped transfer our depression into productive enjoyment. -- did everything exactly as he said he would and conducted it all with dispatch. Who would have thought a bad experience would turn out so well?

If I could give Hunter and the team at Petrich Arbor Care more than five stars, I would…read more We've lived on our six-acre property for 18 years, and we've always had only a peek-a-boo view of Mount Rainier through the trees. After Hunter and his crew finished their work, that completely changed. They carefully pruned, limbed, and removed a few smaller trees that were blocking the view, and now we can see Mount Rainier in all its glory. Hunter was incredibly meticulous. He spent a great deal of time studying the view, looking at the mountain, and determining exactly which trees needed to be trimmed and how far back they should go. Everything was done with care, patience, and purpose. He listened to what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and clearly takes tremendous pride in his work. The transformation is incredible. We can now sit outside on our porch or at our table in the middle of the yard, enjoy a meal, and take in the majestic beauty of Mount Rainier. My wife can even enjoy the view from her greenhouse. Looking back, we both agree we should have done this years ago. Hunter's crew was professional, courteous, hardworking, and highly skilled. They had all the right equipment, worked safely and efficiently, and treated our property with care and respect from start to finish. Hunter's father did outstanding work for us many years ago, and it's wonderful to see that same commitment to quality carried on by the next generation. If you need tree pruning, limbing, tree removal, or view enhancement, I highly recommend Petrich Arbor Care. Thank you, Hunter and your entire crew, for giving us a view we'll enjoy every day for years to come.

He requested a deposit and handed me a receipt. The day of the appointment he was a few hours late showing up due to truck trouble, but he and a couple family guys showed and made short work of the tree, piling all the wood into his long trailer. Jeff was very safety conscious and no damage came from the tall limbs coming down. It was nice to see a fellow work carefully and not show off. The crew cleaned up everything, except for some saw dust. Jeff cut the trunk close to the ground, but was not able to cut it clear to the ground. He took a photo of the remaining part and sent my phone number to a fellow he knows that does stump grinding at a reasonable price. Over all, we are very pleased with the result.

Jeff knew exactly how to set everything up to avoid hitting anything on our property. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. His family accompanies him: wife, brothers, kids. Jeff and his family worked hard and did an excellent job. There were NO issues at all. They ended up coming back a few weeks later because we decided to take down a couple more trees.
