The excavator arrived as planned, a 2 ton stump was removed. Derrick went and got dirt to replace the voids and rebuild the bank, rock to rebuild the rockery, and helped put it all into place. He was right, it was better than before. His crew were extremely helpful and cordial - a good hard working team that were a pleasant experience to have here. We would not hesitate to contact him with any other such things we'd need help with. After Hunter and his crew finished their work, that completely changed. They carefully pruned, limbed, and removed a few smaller trees that were blocking the view, and now we can see Mount Rainier in all its glory. Hunter was incredibly meticulous. He spent a great deal of time studying the view, looking at the mountain, and determining exactly which trees needed to be trimmed and how far back they should go. Everything was done with care, patience, and purpose. He listened to what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and clearly takes tremendous pride in his work. The transformation is incredible. We can now sit outside on our porch or at our table in the middle of the yard, enjoy a meal, and take in the majestic beauty of Mount Rainier. My wife can even enjoy the view from her greenhouse. Looking back, we both agree we should have done this years ago. Hunter's crew was professional, courteous, hardworking, and highly skilled. We had a tall tree die over the winter, so we wanted it removed this summer. I called Jeff and he…read morecame over a few days later, gave me a quote and an appointment. He requested a deposit and handed me a receipt. The day of the appointment he was a few hours late showing up due to truck trouble, but he and a couple family guys showed and made short work of the tree, piling all the wood into his long trailer. Jeff was very safety conscious and no damage came from the tall limbs coming down. It was nice to see a fellow work carefully and not show off. The crew cleaned up everything, except for some saw dust. Jeff cut the trunk close to the ground, but was not able to cut it clear to the ground. He took a photo of the remaining part and sent my phone number to a fellow he knows that does stump grinding at a reasonable price. Over all, we are very pleased with the result.

Both my husband and I really felt that this was an honest and trustworthy person from the very first time we met him. Our instincts were right on!!! The job was done within two weeks. Cut down trees, limbs, leaves, and many trunks chipped into piles for us to use as well. We had some pretty big trees leaning in tricky angles. Jeff knew exactly how to set everything up to avoid hitting anything on our property. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. His family accompanies him: wife, brothers, kids.
