Between the bounce area and slide there was plenty of space for 8 children ages 6 and under. I didn't have to wince when one more than one went down the slide at the same time. There was also a hoop in the bounce area that the kids loved shooting small beach balls into. Becca was friendly and helpful during my initial phone call and the staff was super responsive by text message leading up to set-up and pick-up.

I booked a bounce house several weeks in advance for my three-year-old's birthday party with over…read more80 guests. Less than 24 hours before the event, I even confirmed with the company that everything was set. Shortly afterward, I received an email canceling my reservation because the bounce house had been found to have damage during its inspection. I understand that safety should always come first, and I would never expect a company to deliver unsafe equipment. My disappointment is not that they canceled--it is how they handled the situation. I immediately replied explaining that this was my son's birthday party, that the bounce house had been advertised on our invitations, and that we had already paid to have trees cut back specifically so it would fit in our yard. I also asked for a phone call to discuss any possible solution. I never received a response before the party. Because of the last-minute cancellation, I had to find another rental company with less than 24 hours' notice. Thankfully I was able to, but it cost significantly more because of the short notice. Between the higher rental cost and the money we had already spent preparing our yard, this last-minute cancellation became much more expensive than just the original booking. I did receive a full refund, which I appreciate. However, after the party, when I followed up about the lack of communication and mentioned that I would leave an honest review of my experience, I was told my message was "professionally unprofessional," that I "obviously could not understand" the circumstances, and that mentioning an honest review was considered a threat. One additional concern was that the cancellation email and subsequent correspondence contained numerous spelling and grammatical errors, which did not inspire confidence during an already stressful situation. Unexpected equipment issues can happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Unfortunately, after booking weeks in advance, confirming my reservation the day before, and then being canceled on with no response before my son's birthday party, I was left feeling that communication and customer service were lacking.

It wasn't because David provided food options and price options. Moreover, he and his staff went so far as to contact the church for all the logistics and details. The end result couldn't have been better. Friends and family went so far as to tell me how GOOD the food was and we even had to-go containers--NOTHING wasted. Again, David and staff did all the setup (elegant!) and cleanup. I called several caterers and knew I found excellence indeed. My absolute top notch recommendation.
