Sleep training helped us help our baby sleep and grow faster and become a happier baby and more well rested baby overall. Thank you Natalia!

If you're reading this, it probably means you could use support (goes without saying we all need…read moresupport with a newborn). After 6 weeks of pretty terrible sleep, we desperately needed help. We were immediately struck by Natalia's GLOWING reviews, and reached out to schedule a call. Instantly, I felt her warmth, and she made me feel cared for in my most delicate state. It was the easiest decision we made to hire Natalia. From night one, I knew our son was in the best hands, and could sleep soundly as a result. Natalia supported us five nights a week, for about three months, and thank god she was available to extend our initial contract. I can honestly say I felt like myself again because I was finally sleeping. Our son had some intense GI distress and gas, but Natalia educated us about the tools and resources available, and we could actually make him more comfortable, which then improved his sleep. We learned SO much from her years of experience, even how to bathe our baby, which up to that point was a mess of tears. We didn't just receive night help, we felt like we got a crash course in parenting. She gave us the gift of sleep, which made us better parents during the day. We had the capacity to be ourselves, and ENJOY this precious newborn time. You will be a better parent if you hire her. I just hope she's available if we're blessed with another bebe :) From my husband: Natalia is ELITE at her profession. Having a newborn (our first) is at once the most joyous and terrifying thing in the world. Yes, Natalia is an amazing caregiver to the baby BUT also to the parents. Her knowledge and education gave us so much confidence and the advice was not just limited to night time, as we learn, everything is related and impacts the baby's happiness, rest, eating etc. Not only did Natalia give us extreme comfort caring for our baby which can be hard when you allow someone you just met to have such an awesome responsibility, she was instrumental in preparing him (and us) for successful sleep training. We cannot say enough great things about her and to be honest, are excited to have another baby and work with her again.

You know those times when you have no idea what choice to make? Nicole will be there to coach you real time. I first contacted Nicole when my son was 3 months old. He was sleeping 1-2 hours at a time and not napping. She helped me through teaching him to fall asleep and nap on his own. She helped me with strategies for my 2-year-old who went from sleeping all night to waking all night after her brother was born. My newborn son was a tough cookie to crack. I gave up on Nicole's advice when he was not sleeping well at night, still just 2-3 hour stretches. At 10 months, I reached a breaking point and contacted her again. After 2 weeks of following her advice, my baby started sleeping. ALL NIGHT LONG. Like 10-12 hour stretches. It was miraculous and life changing. Nicole is there to help you when you have tried everything and you are at the end of your rope. She is patient, supportive, and non-judgmental. So wonderful. I owe her for my sanity and renewed lease on life!

We had such a great experience working with Maria. My baby started going through the 4-month sleep…read moreregression early, and by the time he was only 3.5 months old, his sleep was completely disrupted (awake every hour or so). I also have a toddler at home, so the disrupted nights were becoming really hard to manage and I knew I needed help. What I loved about working with Maria was that she didn't just give me a sleep plan and send me off to implement it while already exhausted. She came to our home overnight and actually did the work with my baby while I slept. She learned his patterns, figured out what worked for him, and handled his wake-ups, while also teaching me exactly what she was doing and why so that I could confidently take over afterward. Her approach felt very personalized to my baby and our family rather than a generic sleep-training program. The results were incredible. After just two nights, my baby was sleeping through the night. It is now several weeks later, and he still consistently sleeps from bedtime until morning and, if he does briefly wake, he is able to settle himself back to sleep. Having Maria physically there doing the difficult part while I was able to get some much-needed sleep was invaluable. If you are exhausted and struggling with your baby's sleep, you really do not have to figure it all out by yourself. Maria took an enormous weight off my shoulders, and I would absolutely recommend her.

We purchased this course after 10 brutal nights with our 9 month old. We had originally put off…read moresleep training because our baby, although he wasn't putting himself to sleep, didn't require much to get down. That all changed right when he turned 9 months, all of a sudden he was waking up every 2 hours crying hysterically and would not stop crying unless he was brought into our bed or fed a bottle. I was terrified to sleep train because I did not want to implement cry it out and it seemed all the sleep training courses centered around this method. The happy sleeper does not use CIO however there will be crying - so be prepared for a rough first night. By some miracle it only took our son one night of crying for about 1 hour and 15 minutes - to understand how to self soothe. The next day his naps were great and there was no crying on the second night. My husband and I are shocked! Thank you for the wonderful gift of sleep!

From the very first message, Lisa was incredibly responsive and when I spontaneously asked if my neighbor could join, she made it happen super easily. Lisa came to our home to do the course, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. The course itself was hands-on, thorough, and genuinely confidence-building. I walked away feeling truly prepared, not just for starting solids with my baby, but for handling emergencies calmly if they ever arise. You can tell Lisa doesn't just teach this material, she really cares about it and she cares about the people she works with. This was actually my second time working with Lisa. I first met her as a lactation consultant and both experiences have been equally wonderful. She brings the same warmth, expertise, and dedication every time. Thank you, Lisa!

I emailed Lisa regarding her availability and pre-checked with The Lactation Network, the company she contracts with, to make sure everything was good to go with my insurance. I heard back within 24 hours from both TLN and Lisa; we were able to set up a home visit appointment within the week. Lisa was extremely friendly and professional during our sessions. She helped measure me for new pump flanges, made suggestions for positioning comfort, and observed my son feeding to make a diagnosis regarding potential latch issues. She offered a number of oral exercises to help my son's latch and provided an EXTREMELY THOROUGH folder with pictures and descriptions of the exercises so I was not relying solely on memory. The folder also had a ton of other useful info from breastfeeding tips and tricks to local professionals, including pediatric dentists and OTs. Lisa also provided a comprehensive write up for my son's pediatrician with her observations and recommendations. Like the folder she provided, it was extremely thorough and detailed. Her professionalism and attention to detail is next level and she is incredibly nice and easy to talk to. I never felt judged or unheard. We scheduled a follow-up in-home appointment which was just as helpful as the first session. A few weeks later Lisa, followed up by email to check-in to make sure my son and I were doing well. She cares about her patients and I know that I can reach out if we run into any other issues. If you are struggling with breastfeeding or latch trouble contact Lisa! She's wonderful!

The Best IBCLC Ever -- Julie Changed My Whole Breastfeeding Journey…read more I cannot say enough amazing things about Julie. With my first baby, I had to exclusively pump due to a tongue tie already released, and the constant pumping and bottle washing while sleep-deprived traumatized me. When I was pregnant with my second, I wanted so badly to nurse--but by day 4 postpartum, I was crying alongside my screaming baby because I just could not get her to latch. I felt like a complete failure all over again. I paid the travel fee for an in-home visit, and Julie was worth every single penny and more. She walked in and got my baby to latch right away! Her calm, knowledgeable presence instantly shifted everything (I'm sure she could tell I'd been crying minutes before). Her social media content is incredibly helpful no matter where you are in your feeding journey, but having her in person was life-changing. Even though I needed a nipple shield (the one she provided which was better than the hospital's!) for 4 months and my supply was just enough, I was able to nurse for 13 whole months while going back to full-time work at 4 months postpartum--something I never imagined possible as a mom who only knew exclusive pumping and tongue ties. I credit that entirely to Julie. She gave me hope, confidence, and the practical guidance I desperately needed. Julie, I hope you know the work you do truly makes a difference.
