From the start, she was thoughtful and thorough--taking time to understand our situation and comfort level with different sleep training methods. She created a customized plan and checked in regularly, helping us navigate challenges until our son was sleeping through the night! Recently, at age 3, my son hit a sleep regression after illness and travel. I tried to manage it myself, but when things didn't improve, I contacted Cynthia again. She responded the same day, updated our intake, and once again offered tailored options based on what felt right for us. Her support and guidance were just as incredible the second time around. Cynthia is compassionate, responsive, and truly invested in helping families thrive. I can't recommend her enough! Thank you, Cynthia!!

From…read morethe moment I found her, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and generous with her advice, even before we officially started the service. She took the time to listen to our circumstances, and because we had just traveled, she suggested helpful tips and recommended giving our baby a week to adjust before implementing a structured sleep plan. The personalized sleep plan we received was not only thoughtful but also well-explained, making it easy to follow. Cynthia went above and beyond, following up on the plan and scheduling a call to walk us through additional scenarios. She has been an absolute godsend and a wonderful person to work with. We are so grateful for her expertise and support!

The worst part being that she pulled her own hair out...about half her head. At a complete loss on how to handle this we reached out to Dr. Brittany Beyerlein...Thank goodness we did!! She helped us through one of the toughest parts of my life. We started with a few get to know you sessions, my daughter played with toys and we gained a lot of knowledge about PCIT- Parent Child Interaction Therapy. This type of therapy was what helped us turn a bad situation into a manageable one. PCIT helped us with how to handle tantrums, challenging behaviors and simply how to make our stressed out kid feel great and loved even though another baby was invading her space lol. Dr. Brittany is personable, down to earth and knowledgeable. If you are considering seeing her or contemplating the PCIT course-do it. You won't regret it. Thank you sooo much!

We have now been with another agency and in 2 months my son has made more progress than he had in the 1.5 years he was at Brightwork. Stay away.
