Pleasant, SC, you can expect all of the same things that I have experienced: Visit 1- I provided all of the product specs, and just needed to place the order. The person in the cabinet department had an appointment showing up, so we agreed to complete my order by phone, after the appointment. They never called back. Visit 2- I found the same person at the store the next day, but she said she's not really supposed to be there, it's her day off. She copied the info that she printed out for me on Visit 1, and did not call back in the next two days. Visit 3- Talked to another cabinet department associate, who informed me that no information had been entered with my name, number, or cabinet order. I start from scratch, to stop just short of ordering, for another couple who had an appointment. Called to make an appointment, phone rang until they hung up/ended call. This happened 3x in a row.
