And when I say guided, I truly mean it -- I didn't research manifestation courses or coaches... And this is how conscious manifestation works! It becomes physically effortless. Choosing Sterling to be my coach has been one of the most profound conscious choices I've made in my 20+ years of working on myself. The work Sterling has taught me has been bits and pieces I've gathered over these many years, put into a succinct process. Through AOM, I have completely transformed my mindset to focusing on the present and it has made my awareness, gratitude, and manifestations come to fruition even quicker. I also used to feel extremely attached to outcomes and thought I had to control every step of getting where I want, when actually, manifesting is really about letting go of control!
