A friend of mine had been raving about Sterling's coaching and her AOM System. I was really impressed with the changes I witnessed in my friend's life that I started thinking about my own life and how I would like things to be different. I was struggling with work, my relationships were stressed and strained, and I felt unmotivated in a lot of ways because I felt so bogged down with past disappointments and things not actually working out the way I wanted them to. My life had become stuck. I wasn't meeting new people and I haven't wanted to date even though I want a relationship, I've been single for 3 years now. I have been trying to take better care of myself with diet and exercise but I'd start my day with a workout but then couldn't really follow up with the right kind of foods. I felt kind of better from the exercise but I was still so stressed and anxious all the time I couldn't keep it up.   It's been 3 weeks since working with Sterling and I am really amazed with the progress I've made in my life! With Sterling's assistance, I no longer have the stress and anxiety in my life and it was so easy to create a workout and diet plan that's fun to stick with. I've lost 6 pounds so far and even more importantly, I feel really strong, confident and in control of my life! I am actually excited to start the day, instead of dreading it. That's a big one for me!   Because I feel attractive, confident and inspired, I actually started dating and even though I haven't met "the one" yet, the guys I have been dating are so kind, respectful and fun! I am getting the RIGHT kind of attention and I now feel like I can be really selective without doubting myself. I know I am worth it and I am just so happy, I'm in no rush, lol! I've even become good friends with a few of them. Regarding finding the one, I KNOW I will and it will be perfect. I am just certain of it and the "signs" are there as if to reassure me.  All the times before when I tried to date, all I met were narcissistic, selfish guys who were just so full of themselves. I used to feel like people didn't really care about me, but now, my friends and family and I are spending more time together and feel so happy all the time! I really feel bonded and loved so much by them and it gives me such a sense of stability and love that makes such a huge difference in my life!   At work, I got my first promotion! It was so unexpected and my company even threw a little party for me! It was a great feeling to be appreciated and I feel such team spirit. It makes work so exciting!   Like I said, it's only been three weeks yet I have already achieved so much.   My relationships (work/personal) are incredibly satisfying. My work is rewarding and exciting. My income has increased substantially. My health is better than ever. I feel so happy every day, and that alone is worth everything!! I definitely recommend The AOM System and Sterling's coaching. It has been worth EVERY cent! read more

I considered myself an already decent manifestor of what I wanted in life, but I recognized I didn't exactly know the steps in how I've done it. So I thought what if I invested in myself to learn how to consciously manifest?! And with this thought, I was guided to Sterling Mire! And when I say guided, I truly mean it -- I didn't research manifestation courses or coaches... And this is how conscious manifestation works! It becomes physically effortless. Choosing Sterling to be my coach has been one of the most profound conscious choices I've made in my 20+ years of working on myself. The work Sterling has taught me has been bits and pieces I've gathered over these many years, put into a succinct process. Additionally, Sterling has made me aware of blocks I never read or heard others talk about. What I'm doing now feels like she and I are 1000% deep in it together. Sterling shows up, keeps it real, and holds me accountable in the most gentle and supportive ways. In the almost-four months I've been working with Sterling one on one, I got a significant raise at work (one that I asked for a year ago, and was promised but didn't seem to be crystallizing with my persistent "follow-ups" with my boss), "met" my soulmate (via rekindling of a longterm relationship), deepened the trust in my relationship with my preteen, shifted the formerly-biased trajectory of an ongoing litigation to be one of fairness/common sense, and landed a dream design project at my current job. None of this required me to seek out nor attract any "new" places or meet "new" people. However, it is new and feels new...all of this has been in front of me...in my field, and I'm only now experiencing it on a higher plane! The most profound changes I've experienced is not even the outcomes I mentioned, but in how I feel about myself and my life - not just in stillness but in every waking busy moment of my jam-packed days. The anxiety I used to wake up with and work so hard to alleviate doesn't exist anymore. That in itself is a huge success, and something I wasn't even expecting out of this work. I know this is just the very beginning. I'm so excited and grateful to go deeper and master this work, and allow my external reality to reflect my inner reality! Thank you Sterling for choosing me also! read more

AOM and Sterling have absolutely changed my life and mindset in the best ways possible!! For me, manifesting used to solely focus on the future, resulting in me spending all my time thinking about the future. Through AOM, I have completely transformed my mindset to focusing on the present and it has made my awareness, gratitude, and manifestations come to fruition even quicker. I also used to feel extremely attached to outcomes and thought I had to control every step of getting where I want, when actually, manifesting is really about letting go of control! It was a huge shift from what I was used to, but it is worth every "growing pain" of change to have the mindset I do now. Not to mention, the ample amount of unnecessary stress I used to put on myself has gone away! My manifestations are happening every single day and are apart of me now. Learning about how crucial it is to remain truly authentic always has been a game changer for me. Outside voices/opinions, judgements, and assumptions are no longer even in my vocabulary both from others and from myself. I now deal with situations so much easier and even if I start to feel like I'm about to feel sad, mad, etc. I always come back to remaining authentic and it takes away all of that unnecessary negative energy. I truly am so grateful everyday for AOM and Sterling. I cannot even imagine going to back to my old mindset. I already am typically a positive person, but AOM has solidified my joy and calmness. I am forever living by these ways. Manifesting is SO much easier than we think! No more resistance or planning things out of fear from me Thank you, thank you, thank you, Sterling!!! read more

Hi Sterling! I wanted to give an updated review and thank you again for the AOM system. --------------------------------------- I decided to sign up for one-on-one coaching with Sterling in 2014. At that time, I simply wanted a life coach to get a better attitude towards the ups and downs of my life. And although through Sterling's coaching I did immediately, I also gained confidence, deep rewarding relationships with family and friends, and most importantly to me, a positively transformed experience of the journey we are all on. From there, I went on to suceeding in my career, meeting my incredible husband, taking really amazing vacations, moving into a lovely home, getting an adorable puppy and now my greatest joy - a beautiful baby girl. The reason I wanted to update my review was because during these turbulent COVID times I had a baby! These are challenging times in the world, (not to mention being a mother for the first time) but I've been able to use the system to consistently remind myself of the new ongoing realities I intend to create. When a fearful thought pops into my mind, I often return to Sterling's voice reminding me it absolutely doesn't have to be the worst case scenario. In fact, I can create the best outcome and I do. I still feel my emotions but I am also able to really welcome a reality that is healthy to myself and others around me. Sterling's AOM system has made a permanent positive impact in my life. In short, the AOM system has further helped me in 2020 in ways I didn't think possible. Thank you for continuing to be a coach to me. I can't wait for you to meet my little girl! Big hug to you! read more

After speaking with Sterling and signing up for the Silver package (Be Unstoppable!), I'm thrilled to say that it has been a simply amazing experience. My life has transformed in all areas, in less than 30 days just as promised! Dating after divorce, especially online and during Covid, had been quite challenging. While I met a few nice ladies, I had been getting discouraged with both the number, and quality of the women I had been meeting before AOM. For example, my previous relationship lasted three months, but while she was a very sweet and smart woman, turned out to be an alcoholic, which is not what I am up to attracting. Within my first 30 days, I suddenly had numerous, exciting women contacting ME. I even had some weeks where I met a different woman every single night! This was quite a change to what I'd been used to previously in my life and I've been able to quickly discover what I'm really looking for in a partner. In addition, it's helped me get to a point where I actually loved myself. One example recently was, I had a planned lunch date with a woman who ended up standing me up for reasons that let me know we are incompatible for a long-term, serious relationship. In the past, I would have felt pretty down and thought "I wasn't good enough." However, because of AOM, my mind had shifted and instead I thought to myself "Wow, that's great that the universe caused this to happen now and saved me so much time and trouble!" Know what I did? I went and bought myself a beer and pizza and enjoyed my date with myself! That never would have happened before! :) I've also found AOM a great benefit in my career as well. Working for yourself can be challenging sometimes. My largest client was going through some financial difficulties and felt he had to reduce his monthly retainer to me by 1/2 of what I was being paid, creating a significant burden on me financially as well. Using what I was taught in AOM, I manifested that an opportunity would come in from somewhere to replace that income. Well, 2 days later, I received a phone call from said client who said he really liked the momentum we've been going in and had quite a few comments from future clients about how the system I built for him was the best they've ever seen in their 20+ years in the industry. Therefore, he only reduced it by $1000, and now, a month later, it's right back up to where it was before! In addition, I've been getting other great business ideas (I'm a serial entrepreneur) and look forward to working on them in the new year! This is quite a change from where I was previously where I kept wondering what my passion was. Because of AOM, I now know EXACTLY what it is! I've been using the AOM system now for two months, and I could go on and on with all the great things that has happened to me! Not only can I say the AOM is worth every penny I spent on it, but I now believe in the system so much that I even signed my 17 year old son up for the same program and the progress he's making is amazing as well. At this point, the best thing I could suggest would be for you to give Sterling a call and ask for a consultation. I can't believe they're free, so I recommend you do it soon before she starts charging for it! You won't be sorry!! read more

I was looking for a life coach when I found Sterling. I scheduled a free consultation with her and knew that her Art of Manifestation program would be perfect for me. I was going through some really challenging things in my life with my love life, career and general health. I tried therapy for many weeks but nothing helped, in fact, I felt worse! Minutes after starting her program, no kidding, I felt so much freedom, lightness and a kind of re-birth. It was so amazing! When I began to work with her to create my ideal life things started happening and showing up really fast. Unbelievable!! Now, I have just completed 30 days of coaching with her and my life is completely transformed. I received a pay raise and an extra paid week vacation from my boss as a bonus, all my relationships are so much more meaningful and closer than ever before. I lost the 10 aggravating pounds I had been struggling to lose in the past - they just disappeared and I felt like I wasn't even doing anything really different. Maybe it was just all the stress in my life dissolved. I used to have pretty bad anxiety and I guess I would say my anxiety was an 8-9 on a scale of 1-10, it's now a 0 minus! With her program, I now literally say something would happen that day and it does! Crazy but true! You've got to try this program if you want a completely different life in one month. I have read every self help book out there and have worked with many professionals and had taken seminars in my life and nothing, nothing works like this. This system really, really works! I am so grateful to have discovered you and your system, Sterling. I can't express it enough but, thank you, thank you, thank you!! read more

Before I worked with Sterling I was in a super dark place that I really felt like I couldn't get out of. It was one of those "I feel trapped" dark places. I was an avid believer in the law of attraction and followed it to a T, until something happened that made it difficult to follow it anymore. I tried therapy for 9 months and it didn't help. I knew that manifestation worked because I experienced it but for whatever reason I just could not get out of the negative spiral mindset, no matter how hard I tried. When I first had my meeting with Sterling she told me not to worry because after like 4 sessions I would be back to believing in myself and moving forward with manifestation. It really did only take 4 sessions (the first week) for me to be excited again. I've been working with her for maybe 4 months now and she really showed me a different way of looking at everything. I reached my initial goals with Sterling during a short time working with her. Even things that didn't necessarily have to do with manifestation she helped with. For example whenever people around me would be in bad moods, I would absorb their moods and be stuck in it, but with the tricks that she taught me along the way, she completely erased that issue in my life. I still have my ups and downs when it comes to my day to day life, but the biggest thing that I have now are the tools to deal with the ups and downs and not internalize them. Now when something goes wrong I look at it as an opportunity instead of a real issue. She has definitely changed my life for the better, and I am seeing every day the difference that the Art of Manifestation (the AOM system) does in my life read more

I was going through my Facebook one random evening and I came across Sterling and I immediately said to myself, OMG, I must reconnect with Sterling as I had lost touch with her. That was one of the best decisions I made! We had a consultation regarding her AOM system and although I was a bit hesitant because I really wasn't sure about what to expect from it, I thought, "Really, what do I have to lose?" In short, the AOM system has been very life changing and transforming for me! The system has helped me with my career, my relationships, really all areas of my life. It has even helped me to be a better mother to my children. My outlook on life is now so simple and peaceful and I am very effective at getting the results that I want in life. Although I am always growing and expanding in my life, the AOM tools ensure that I continue to stay on the path that works for me and my life. When it comes to Sterling as a coach, she is very committed to your progress and that makes the process so amazing and productive too. read more
