What a ride! We rented a party bus to take down to Key Largo. Our driver showed up well dressed and on time. We were restaurant/bar hopping and our driver was great and even had a couple of recommendations. The bus/van was clean and well maintained. Plenty of spaces for drinks and a cooler. We had so much fun with DreamRide and are planning another trip with them soon. They also do airport pick ups which I may use them for in the future. read more

Requested a sprinter that fit 14 people. 2 people were hanging off each end while another had to sit up front. Contacted the person I went through and was told it was for "They are built for 14 average sized adults" was confused because what is average size? We also felt rushed since we spent most of tje time taking back roads before finally hitting the highway. I used Dream Ride Sprinter Service to take my family to the port for a cruise. The AC was broken on the way to the port, so they offered me a $75 refund on a $900 round trip. A $75 refund for a one-hour ride with a broken AC--what a horrible offer and they never gave me a refund. Summary broke AC for to port with my GF, mother, father, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew. They offered 75$ back and never gave it to me. read more

Heath the owner answered all my questions and concerns. He invited me to go see his fleet of limos, meet him and other staff. I was able to see that he had proper licensing and insurance and that they background check drivers, I was trusting him with young girls. We rented from this company four airport transfers as well as two nights on the town for this weekend's girls trip. Michael, at the office, went above and beyond with inFormatio on and suggestions. Our driver, Castro, made us feel safe and got us everywhere we needed to be with perfect timing. The sprinter was even better than we could have expected. Stylish and immaculately clean. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Initially, The gentleman that answered the phone to take my reservation was pleasant, I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he sent me a contract that I signed. The day of my event the party bus that showed up was not what I asked for. I asked for them to swap the wrong bus for the one I asked for and he began yelling at me and hung up!! So, Instead of fixing my problem he chose to blame it on me ........ AND DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!! YES, HE CHARGED ME DOUBLE!! DO. NOT. TRUST. THIS. COMPANY!!!! Also, ask if they are hiring a third party because the third party usually has no clue about your event. They ruined the beginning of a weekend of fun. Please watch out with these shady company. We had a party planner order us a ride for 20 kids for a birthday event .When the driver left the restaurant on the way back we go a call from some of the kids saying that the driver was stopped on the side of the turnpike and would not move until he got paid. I had to stop on the side of the road and ask him if he was crazy stopping a bus on the side of the road with 20kids. After I told him I was doing to call the police he started to driver @40 miles an hour. We had to escort him back to the house at which time he told me the owner told hom to stop on the side of the road. The following day I spoke with the owner who told me he told the driver to stop the bus on the side of the road . Do not use this company ever .This has been a nightmare for us and all the kids. We will be submitting a complaint with the DOT and file a police report. This company basically kidnapped 20 kids for payment. Please be careful when hiring any company transporting children. read more

This review is a little late however I feels it's important to provide for future wedding couples. Our wedding was October 2020. We paid what we considered was a significant fee to be transported roundtrip from our hotel to our wedding venue which was only a mile and a half in distance. We made an agreement with this company to drive us to the other side of our hotels grounds to take photos before dropping us off to our wedding venue. This was all still within the mile and a half distance. We literally ran minutes over the alloted time because the photographer was trying to get a few more shots. When it was time to leave, the driver refused to move until we paid an additional $120 in cash on the spot or he wouldn't drive us a half a mile to our wedding venue which we were already pushing time for. This was the most frustrating thing to have to deal with on your wedding day minutes before your wedding. This was also an unexpected cash expense and we didn't have enough cash on hand which meant we had to have our wedding party pitch in to pay the man just to get to our wedding. It was insensitive, unprofessional and shady. Keep in mind they had my credit card on file. This could have been squared away on the trip back after the wedding or even invoiced the next day as most vendors handle things for weddings. We would never recommend them or use them again based on the fact that you nickel and dime a wedding party minutes til the wedding for a half a mile drive because we were minutes behind schedule. Thats not how you grow or maintain business relationships. Update: Based on the owners response you clearly see what type of business this is. Never at any point was our credit card attempted to be charged for something that happened on the spot with the driver. So kill the declined card story. The driver asked for cash instantly. Things happen on wedding days, no matter how iron clad your schedule is, so that was a ridiculous point. No one is arguing your cost or your contract. The review simply said if a couple pays $400 for a mile a half roundtrip to their wedding and back, you shouldn't be so petty and money hungry as to tell that couple you won't drive them a half a mile to their wedding unless they pay another $125 on the spot. Especially when you were scheduled to pick them up after the wedding. Could money not have been exchanged at that time? An airport drop off and a wedding should be handled differently. Real business is handled differently. If we had a contract your $125 would have been paid regardless at any time. Guess this is the way starving business works. read more

WARNING Do not use this company!!! My daughter was a guest at a party that used this company and the limo driver, at the direction of the business owner, pulled over on the side of the Florida Turnpike and held about 20 kids hostage putting their lives in danger because he claimed that the party host still owed money because they went over the time that was pre-paid. The kids were terrified!! My daughter called me from the limo terrified and stated that the driver nearly got into several car accidents because, when he did start driving again, he was going so slow on the Turnpike that other cars almost hit them and were honking like mad! All over $. My daughter is traumatized over the actions of this driver. I have contacted the police department and DOT. Even if the party host did owe additional money for going over the pre-paid time limit, you don't put children in serious danger over a money dispute. If it were the driver that made the decision it would be bad enough, but the instructions to pull over on the Turnpike with 20 kids came from the owner!!! Wonderful company with excellent customer service. I made a mistake with my date of pick up. When the driver called to tell me he was on the way was when I realized I selected the wrong date. Heath called me right away and was so pleasant and understanding, he modified my reservation and changed the date for me with no issues. I so appreciate this, because the error was mine. My experience with Dream Ride was awesome from start to finish! I needed to schedule a round trip transfer to the marina for a boat outing. Heath was very helpful and accommodating during the reservation process. He was also our driver. He arrived early to pick us up and take us back, helped us load all of our stuff into the storage area, and let us play our own music. Because the weather wasn't ideal when he dropped us off at the marina, he told us to call him if our boat trip was cancelled and he could try to pick us up early.
