Well they get there and no room. They spent a couple nights in a room with no water that was next to a laundry room. Food ran out. They saw a guy die on the beach and no defibrillator, and staff was casually indifferent. An absolute nightmare and ripoff vacation package. They should have been refunded. This office seemed SHOCKED any issues. Well, they were supposed to vet the trip. My friends travel a lot and this trip scared them from ever going to the Caribbean again. I give them a deposit and they send me a invoice in the mail. how old school of them. i realize about 6 weeks before the wedding that i hadn't paid my balance. when i called to find out when that was due it ends up they hadn't noticed that i hadn't paid yet either and it was past the due date. i pay and they actually charge me the wrong amount and didn't notice that either. then it's about 2 weeks before the wedding and i realize i didn't get plane tickets or a hotel confirmation in the mail yet. i call again and they said "oh didn't someone call you to see if you wanted them mailed or picked up." no one ever called. i decide i better pick them up since they are so unreliable. and good thing i did. my friends tickets were mailed to the wrong address even though she had called twice to let them know her new address. and i still have not received the insurance information that i purchased with the trip. the same insurance that i had to remind them that i purchased more than once. This place is so small town and disorganized. i wish I never booked with them. And I will almost put money down on it that I show up at the resort in the foreign country and they don't have my reservation. I should of just booked this trip myself. It's not like I got a special rate or saved any time or aggravation booking with them. in fact it actually cost more time and aggravation. so thanks for that.

The details of my bad experience are far too numerous to list, so let me caution would be customers from using this agency for booking any travel plans. In short, the service provided inaccurate, incompetent, incomplete and in some cases non-existent.. The result ended up in me having to do the tasks the travel agent should have done, correcting oversights, etc.... This is the sole reason customers use travel agencies and this is what they are paid to do! Buyer Beware.......
