As a mother of 9 kiddos....ranging in ages from 16 down to 1 yr old, I NEVER thought it would be possible to EVER go on a family vacation to Disneyworld. I contacted Shauna Goodman from Magic Plus Travel, inquiring hesitantly about the slim possibility that we could, in fact, make this dream a reality for our family. I was looking for a 'starting point' of how to take on such an extreme adventure and was nervous about how overwhelming the process would be with a group our size. She was so quick to respond....not just with my initial contact with her, but with the hundreds of times afterwards, about every question or concern that popped into my head. We had the best trip to Disney this past October in our new RV. I didn't have a clue about Disney's Fort Wilderness campground and Ashley was able to answer every question, help with me changing my location there a couple of time and overall getting the best spot available! Because Ashley is so on point she booked all our fast passes right at midnight the day they could be booked and we got the ones we wanted. Traveling with 3 kids all different ages (10,8,5) we had to figure out which rides the youngest couldn't go on and Ashley was there to give me the best ideas and know which ones she would love the most. Ashley's knowledge of all the different restaurants really came in handy too. She was able to describe each one in detail and help me pick the experience that was best for us. Having a travel agent is great, but the job Erin did was TERRIFIC. From start to finish she planned our whole trip for us.
