Needless to say we have been with him for over a year and he seems to work around the clock has an after hours emergency contact to his cell phone and makes sure our frequent flyer numbers are always in the reservations and so far has some how gotten us upgraded almost every time at the hotels we book. Initially we though we could have done our travel by ourselves, but his has got to be the best and most thorough travel agent I have ever known. They even have offices in San Francisco, but we always seem to get him day or nite. By far, the best travel agency out there!

I am soooo tired of having to book everything myself, so I really enjoyed being able to use their services to actually speak to a real live travel agent who recommend an absolutely amazing hotel for us. We stayed at Vidanta in their Grand Mayan in Cancun, Mexico. We had an amazing time! The property has multiple pools and a golf course on site and we really had the best vacation of our lives. Nice people, but…read morethe gal handed us a Walmart gift card and said it would have 20-100 bucks on it, my husband was under the impression it was $100.00 after speaking with individuals over the phone prior to this appointment. I called to find out the balance on our way home, it had 5 bucks on it, didn't even cover the gas, let alone 2 and 1/2 hours of our time. Please do not waste your time attending this presentation, if their travel service is so great why do they give you a voucher for vacation and airfare that requires you give money up front and it goes through an agency with a different name, not even concierge vacation services.
